To clarify--there is time added on for last-minute votes, but supreme being Gustav reserves the right to cut off the day phase if said votes are being spammed or used to stall for time. Anyway, enough of that. Today we get to kill @Doomsday, Wawa aficionado extraordinaire. Upon doing that, we learn that... I'm not sure yet but I think I'm getting up at 11-something tomorrow. I'm not anti-Discord at all; I'd just like to try...not living in genchat for a while. I'm still in other servers that I enjoy (Davos included). Even when I really wanted to be there all the time I can't say I thought that was healthy. I won't say this definitely didn't contribute but I've been Chief of Horny Police for probably close to a year now so I can't exactly un-commit. I'll probably still be there to enforce the law here and there

...lately I haven't been as eager to visit the league's Discord server. It isn't a conscious decision I'm making because I don't really have a definite reason for it; I'm just finding myself not coming home and immediately going to see what's going on in genchat. I love the league, I'm still very active...just a bit burned out when it comes to the league server in particular for reasons unknown to myself. It's likely this just has to do with my own life being busier the past few weeks--it's hard to keep up with what's happening in a place that's always popping off if I don't have the time to be in it consistently (or if I do, I'm always feeling guilty for not doing something else I could be doing). I'd like to reiterate that I am zero percent concerned about my activity in the league as a whole, and none of you should be any percent concerned either. I've just got a small case of burnout in one part of the community in particular, so don't be overly worried if you don't see me around there much for a bit--I'm just doing what I consider healthy and what I've encouraged others to do in the past by not forcing myself to keep up something that I'd be forcing myself to do if I did it. Maybe exams being over in a few weeks will fix that, maybe it won't, but in any case I'm still very happy with my place in the league overall and look forward to making a lot of memories in the future, so I'm not going to worry about it. I'm still around for whoever needs me, so if you do, feel free to give me a poke.

With apologies to @Fire Vigneault, I'm going to take a page out of the book of Flyers because I have 2 TPE left to earn and don't really have one specific idea so much as I have a few things I wouldn't mind mentioning but don't quite have the brains to elaborate on in an actually interesting manner. -I just found out I'm this season's top user in VHFL! Yes, there are things about our fantasy league that people complain about. Do I think they're valid points? For the most part. I remember seeing things I thought were bad takes, but there haven't been many. For the good of fantasy, yeah, it might be interesting to see some things adjusted, but for the good of me? I know what to look for in a player and I know what to exploit, so I kind of selfishly like it the way it is. -I've come out of Taro's third season with a better performance than any season I had with Garcia. Does this mean I've finally built a good player? Maybe! We'll have to see if he can keep putting those numbers up with a better team around him in the future. -Davos got knocked out of the playoffs via tiebreaker for the second time since I was originally named GM, with the first being back in S74 when Prague got in on a difference of two ROW. This time, the difference came with Malmo having one more win. Ironically, we had the edge in ROW by 5, meaning that had we reached this point last season it would be Davos in, Malmo out. That's the way the cookie crumbles, I guess...hello, draft lottery.

I think I got 2nd overall once but never 1st. Feels great!

I'm going to overrule the voting because it's fairly close and we have some particularly strong support for standard mafia. In most contexts "doubles week" here just means "double your 6-point task" (unless it's the "full doubles week" from the player store). Good to see you're learning more about how things are run around here! If you're planning on being a consistent earner, it's probably in your best interest to save your money for the depreciation fighters from the player store (though you should go for the first-gen purchases Al pointed out earlier too).
