1. What are your thoughts on the bears regular season last year? It was great for them. Staying competitive and waiting for there chance to upset teams in the playoff. 2. what do you think of the Bears making the finals? It's becoming a regular thing for them, always competition for that cup run and they are always a threat for any team. 3. What went wrong in the series against the London United? London wanted it a bit more, they knew they were the underdogs and played the best hockey in there life. 4. The parties were big in London. How were the fans celebrating in the streets, in the city, in the stands, etc. I just seen it in tv but it was pretty crazy to see. 5. 1. What have you been doing since the season ended for Riga? Just chilling in Australia. I have a big decision to make this off-season so I've been enjoying life until then. 2. Were you surprised to see London win the Continental Cup? Yes, I was pretty sure Seattle will win won again. Looks like Seattle will need to do a big splash this offseason 3. Our defense has been horrible overall, we can score goals but we allow too many which ,makes us lose games. 2. What’s the key to getting back on track in order to make the playoffs? Keep improving or defence where we don't allow 5 goals per game will be a good start for us 3. Curtis Crumb currently sits Top 10 in rookie scoring. How well is he adjusting to the VHL? He's adjusting pretty well, hes starting off prety off even tho he's a defender. 4. What specifically do you want your player to do more to help this team make the playoffs? 1. Do you expect Riga to be very busy with trades this offseason? Not really, they have a solid goalie, a growing forward cord. The one aspect it would need to improve is on defence. 2. Are there any specific prospects you're hoping for Riga to take this season? Not really, but a forward would be decent, but he'd play in the VHLE first. 3. Are you worried about that? No really, some of them will definitely choke like Warsaw this season. 3. Cologne and Oslo just broke a record of a longest game ever (191 min 44 sec). Would you ever want to be a part of such games? I would never, I couldn't play the next few games. Especially as a goalie. 4. Your plans for the offseason? Get better at scoring so I can produce even more. 5. The team voting is going slow ngl...but still. Who is Riga's most improved player this season? Either Tucker or Weaver. 6. Daniel Weaver is finally in the playoff and he started off with a bang in the wildcard game! The Warsaw Predators were expected to win in 4 against the Riga Reign, but Riga heard the noise and decided to SWEEP them in the wildcard games! Warsaw Predators were the best offensive team in our conference, but people forget that they also allowed the most goals in the conference. Riga noticed it and took full advantage by it playing a defensive style and hoping we could score whenever we found the chance. We know Warsaw was top-notch on offense, which helped us defend with more intensity. Now we are facing Davos and both teams are nearly close, but of course, people will take Davos over Riga. I'm thinking that this series will be the most intense series out of the playoff and it will go into game 7. If Riga upsets them, the VHL will start getting scared of them since they were supposed to be in a rebuilding season and traded their best d-men. Daniel Weaver was impressive in the series and he's also a goal game. He has 6 blocked shots in 3 games so he's laying his body on the line on defense while being a +4. If he keeps this up, Riga will have a real shot to go far in this underdog race. Anyways, Riga Reign fans should be happy that there team is finally back in the playoff. Can they go far in these playoff or fall against Davos? Time will tell!

What's the attitude in the locker room not knowing whether Riga will sell or buy at the deadline? It's complicated. Everyone scared to get shipped of and not compete, but Weaver understand that this league is all about business. 3. There are 3 points between 2nd and 6th in the conference- what's the key to making sure we come out on top? Denfesive teams are usually the best ones in these kind of stretch. 4. What type of player do you think is missing from this group that makes the team a contender? Probably a second liner that can carry it offensively and make good play defensively. 5. What's your expectation for the NHL Trade Deadline this year? A lot of trades because cap space is going up and connor bedard race 6. Are you ready for winter to be over yet?
