Goalies don't look like they are hurting at this point. I see this change was intended to make cap friendly players score more. I know my opinion isn't on the popular side, but it is setting up my players future move.

Review: Looks like this player is a true gamer. Nice blend of the VHL and a popular game. The background says it all and I think it was well done. Nice and muted to not take away from the player, it just compliments the theme. The render looks fairly clean and has all the NHL branding removed which is a big plus in my book of good things. I am not sure about the color of the jersey but I guess it works as intended. Nice gradient boarder to add a bit of weight to the graphic. The text is a bit bold but goes with the theme so no issues there. Overall you did a good job with a fun theme. 9/10

Review: You did a good job with this design. It is not an easy design to make but you did all the right things that makes this unique. I would say the background is amazing. Multi layered, vibrant and has just the right amount of blur to move the render to the front. The text is stylish and you blend mode looks proper. The render is nice and gritty but has loads of detail. You did a fine job with the correct logos and overall it looks very good. A proper mention to a good player. Great theme. 9/10

Finally, the season started. It reminds me of last season's start in the sense that Moscow got on an early run and looked strong at the beginning. I am hoping for a solid playoff spot and a good showing from our evolving team. The European conference has some big gun teams, and I am sure it will be a battle for the top spot. The North American conference also looks strong, and the teams seem to be around the placing that was expected. Though it is a very small sample size, it looks about right to me. My hopes are simple, be at our best when the playoffs start. Having a long winning streak is fun as hell in the season, but that often doesn't translate to playoff success. With the current roster Moscow has, I see no need to bring in a free agent and disrupt our lines. I don't think that is a path we will hang our hat on this season, but I don't make those calls. Gunner has played well so far. He has been more of a slow starter and should work his way up the ladder as the seasons moves along. It is also nice to have solid line mates and our team has a very good balance to it. Scoring has been coming from most everyone, a great sign of things to come. Word count: 236

Review: You never disappoint. I love the design concept and the fact that I am noticing more and more of the more unique designs rather than the norm. Your color palette really works well with all elements. Your render looks like he was worried about the storm brewing as well. I like the text and the effects you used. Placement is subjective with this design but I think you got it right, it has balance. One thing I would do differently. With transparent background graphics, it seems to look better when all the boarders are feathered and not a hard edge. At least all but the bottom edge. Overall, I love it, well done. 9/10

Review: I must say, this design looks really good. I like the render pose, I think it makes it all work together. It looks like it would have worked with about any team in the league and still be impressive. At least the text and team logo can be seen clearly. A couple if things, in my opinion, could have been adjusted. The contrast, for most of the render's body is too high. It is lacking in any definition and looks a bit flat. There are a couple of NHL brandings left on the render as well. Overall I really like what you did here. It's unique and fun to look at. Job well done. 9/10

It is that time, finally. When the rubber hits the road, the pedal hit's the metal and the skates hit the ice. Indeed, the season is starting. This is the last article of the off season and the ramblings that go with it. I will have game content to write about instead of thinking about hypothetical situations. Moscow has grown up a bit and we have a couple of new faces. I think we have the most balanced team since my time on the team. All positive things that make me think we will have a successful season and a good playoff run. I am not too concerned about where we end up in the standings as long as it is in a solid playoff spot. We all know that the regular season dominating team doesn't indicate anything when it comes to the playoffs. I think it is the teams that come out from nowhere and finish the season strong are the ones more inclined to have a good run. So good luck to everyone, let's have a great competitive season. I am sure we could handle it but I wouldn't make it a mandatory thing. I would think it could work if there was a baseline to even start a second player. Like have your main/first player have 1K tpe or something. I see your point though. It was just me thinking out loud. I enjoy doing the tasks and max earn. I been max earning since I joined in 2019 and I am retired. I have more time on my hands lol. Thanks for the comment my friend.

Review: Damn Frank, this is a very good looking graphic. I mostly stick to the beginners or newer players for reviews but this really caught my eye. I wonder if there is a adult version of this character, don't ask. A very dynamic graphic for sure. I like this design, it is not the cut and paste style that seems to dominate this thread. I love the look overall. I am into high contrast graphics and you did a great job with this one. The effects are well done and make this project pop. The text looks great with the blend mode you used. I think the only thing I will say that I would have done differently is move something around to balance it better. I know it is subjective, but even though it has a bright effect on the right, it still, in my opinion, looks heavy left. Formats are hard to follow sometimes and I often let the graphic dictate where elements land. Awesome job, I expect nothing less from you. 9/10

Review: Wow, you really went all in with this one. I like the design and results of your effort. This is gritty, noisy and on the edge, a great combination. Multi render graphics are hard enough to do right but this small form factor would make it harder to pull off. I like the black and white background layer with the face render and you integrated a full color render which ties everything together. The color streaks make this come to life. The pixelated text looks interesting and also well done. I think my only suggestion would be that it is a bit heavy on one side and that leaves an off balance feel to it. Still, amazing results. Great job. 9/10

Another week of off season and more tpe to earn. Maybe we can have an extra-long off season so Gunner can break the 1K TPE mark. Yes, I am selfish, but I can always dream. Looks like we will get a bump in scoring to counter the superhuman goalies we have seen lately. I know the announcement was for transparency, but I wonder if this “Slider” has been moved without others knowing about it. I know that sounds cynical, but it has happened in other types of games/sims. I hope the BOG doesn't go down the hybrid hole with goalies. It would really fuck up the league in my opinion. I am still getting over the hybrid for forwards. Let our goalies do their thing. It's the last frontier to be your own player. Another change that, in my opinion, is a good move. Letting recreates earn on their retired players and their new player is a step in the right direction. I wish I could have two active players to play as it is. Maybe when the player base drops, that will be an option. You can only lower the bar for players to be considered active so far. Having earning players from one user would be fun as hell. I am sure there is a reason to not have more than one, but a man can dream right? Word count: 231

Review: Well isn't this a fun looking graphic. You and your crazy halftone/dither effect looks really good and looks like an enlarged comic/newsprint. It has a nice balance, a great color palette and the logo swaps are spot on. Just a couple of things I could point out that are minor but something I always comment on. The text would have looked even better if it were blended into that screen effect. One more thing about the text that I like to point out is the placement near boarders. A good gap between the text and boarders always looks better. The last two thing I mentioned were of course very subjective. Great stuff, good effort. 9/10

Review: Nice looking advertisement/graphic. I like noodles as well as hockey. What a great combination. I like this design concept and I think you did a fine job with this theme. I like the shadows and the highlights you used. The text is very consistent with the noodle theme and that really makes it fun to look at. It might be the first time I have seen a player silhouette used in a graphic but it really fits the design. Logo placement with the text looks well balanced. Overall a fun graphic to look at. Great job. 9/10

Another week of exciting off season. It is nice to kick back and watch other teams battle for the cup. We certainly have been treated to a intense final series. I hope next season Moscow can make more of a dent in the playoffs. We are very happy to have made it in, not so happy we didn't win more games. It is all a part of the VHL experience. Veteran players will say it puts hair on your chest. I have heard some chatter in the locker room that indeed that has been the case, poor girl. I can't wait to get the huge payout from predictions and all the other stuff we do to get that precious TPE. I bet I get at least one this time around. I wonder what big bonus we will get this time. Seems like there is always something that is celebrated in the off season. I really don't care what it is as long as I get me some of that juicy TPE. I just heard the sim ping. Review: Cool looking graphic, nice and big. The background is unique and the team logo works well with the design of it. Your render looks to be cut clean and well placed for this style of graphic. I wish the render was a bit larger but that is just me. Really nice logo swap, it is blended well and looks natural, well done. The text is a mixed bag. I like the scribble at the top but not a huge fan of the rgb shift look of the lower text. This is all personal preference though. I think the only thing missing in the graphic is the actual season high point total. Good effort. 8/10

Review: Sometimes it is difficult to review graphics. This one has a good foundation and I think it looks good. It is not easy to make graphics and it takes many attempts to get them right. You did a fine job with this design. The player is the focal point and it's pose is perfect. The huge logo for a background is a smart idea and an easy way to start building the rest of the graphic. The text could be placed better but it works as intended. The jersey logo swap is always a good touch and something that is hard to get right. Overall it is a big bright happy looking graphic and there isn't anything wrong with that. Good effort. 9/10
