Pickles ruin any dish they touch, even if you remove them after they leave behind nothing but pickle taste. It's horrible. There's a few kinds of pickles I can tolerate but very very. This is probably a decent take to be honest. The average fry is just kinda meh but but a really good fry is absolutely amazing. I guess it's kinda like fries have a higher ceiling for quality, nuggets can hit their "top" easier but that top is lower.

Duck is delicious, pickles are not, those are easy to compare haha. But yes, two very different things. Fries can compliment nuggets but they aren’t really the same category. Ultimately I would eat a plate of nuggets with nothing else, I would not eat a plate of fries with nothing else, or at least it’s much less likely. Therefore nuggets > fries.

That sounds about right. We’ve only done it the last 2 years so there wouldn’t be anything before the 2019 one. And obviously people have donated to whatever they please as well, that’s always part of this, but the league’s “official” one would be those. If I recall last year we did the food banks for the auction and Spirit North / ACLU as the direct donations.

To be fair I wouldn’t say you “ruined” your player. Even ignoring that a new player could just retire and redo it you don’t really start off with enough that you’d make any kind of irreversible damage. You may end up with a few TPE wasted but that’s not the end of the world.
