This made me curious so I went and looked: currently I’m shooting 18%; not bad at all! By comparison when I tied for the Brooks in S66 I only shot 11%.

What’s interesting about this is my shooting percentage must be pretty high (haven’t checked) because despite this I’m tied for the league lead in goals. Can’t tell if the differential stat means we’re just allowing a ridiculous amount of shots or we aren’t taking many. Perhaps both?

I actually really enjoyed podcasting back when I did it, just don’t have the time or the need anymore. Mind you I also podcasted while playing CoD but still.

No. Only jobs that take over the weekly PT can be claimed in other leagues and this specific announcement is just in regards to people who’s jobs pay the full cap being able to claim that full cap instead of simply a PT replacement.

Simmer pay is 7 and replaces the weekly PT.

You’d have to check with @Molholt about specifically what does and doesn’t count for them.

Those of you who are part of our sister leagues, the EFL and SBA, will likely have already seen this but best to announce it anyway so everyone is aware. As of now we have decided to improve our partnership with the SBA and EFL by allowing members of each league who earn the full 12 cap from high level jobs (simmers, admins, recruitment crew, etc) to claim that full 12 in each league. This is a small sample of the communities, about 3-4 members per league, but the hope is that it will allow the top members from each league more freedom to enjoy the other sister leagues while keeping their own in good standing. The updaters have been provided a list of names as to who is allowed to claim this, as have updaters from other leagues, and we will be working with the SBA and EFL to ensure these names stay up to date so that no one who shouldn't be claiming this is doing so. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

More TPA means depreciation affects you more though. 585 TPA when aiming to be the team’s main threat is going to be problematic. Still though, you should indeed be performing better. My hunch is like chemistry. Sorta like how you and I didn’t do well on the same line even though we were both top players. Or how Borwinn and I did amazing in S66 together but terrible last season after his re-roll. Linemates have a huge impact, far larger than simply TPE does.

And there’s the conspiracy I was waiting for. Knew I couldn’t score my only hat trick of the season against you without it coming out haha. @Devise can go compare the sliders to the old ones if you’re so sure; they weren’t touched. Even if they were (spoilers: I’d be scoring way more if they were) sliders wouldn’t affect specific teams. STHS just doesn’t like your team chemistry I guess, it happens. Look at Vancouver a few seasons ago. Sometimes good on paper doesn’t translate.
