(Credit: Boom) All the way from Greece, beating most of the odds of becoming a professional athlete in any sport from his country, and it being in hockey just made it harder for Cole along the way. But being a hot prospect pays off. Going through a decent season in the VHLM but not overperforming Cole went into the upcoming draft process unsure of where he would go. After interviewing with different VHL teams before the lottery, he got a feeling that he would likely go in the top 6, maybe even first overall again depending on how the lottery would go. Once the lottery rolled around the teams that wanted him the most didn’t get the top pick but were still there to pick him. Drafted 3rd overall in the S82 VHL Entry Draft to the London United, Cole Pearce found a home that he had wanted. Now on the plane again, migrating to yet another country for his dream, except this time instead of chasing it, he’s achieved and living it. London being very eager to start Cole in net has already called him up into the VHL, which makes him one of the very few players that will have not played in the VHLE, after being drafted to London rumors quickly spread that London would likely call him up immediately which hurt Cole’s draft stock in the E draft in pieces as he went undrafted. As a rookie goaltender on a semi-rebuilding team Cole Pearce will have a season or two to find his own in the crease before the London United become completely competitive. Already feeling the love from London fans that sent him gifts and other items, or letters welcoming him. Cole hopes to sometime in his stay with London to visit the queen some day, who he has heard is a big supporter of the United. Fans and the London organization hope for a stunning rookie performance and possibly candidacy for ROTY, but it seems unlikely in the age of the VHL which favors the players. But there may be plenty of awards ahead for Cole Pearce since he’ll have a 9 season career in the VHL. The mindset of Cole and what he wants to do with his career is unknown, he just wants to focus on the present and enjoy the moment he has worked so hard for. We’ll also get to see for the first time Cole Pearce face up against his older brother Nico Pearce who’s apart of the Moscow Menace.

So giving up that GM means I gotta find a way to replace that 2 tpe. So why not write about my thoughts on Cole Pearce going undrafted in the VHLE Cole Pearce is in that sweet spot of where he has the option of staying down in the E if he chooses too, or he could go up to the VHL. Now my intentions with him were to try and skip the E, not because of any reason against the E, but mainly as a fun challenge. I started with not max carryover so I was a bit behind if I wanted to skip the E. It was actually really fun trying to earn as much TPE as possible and trying out new PT's that I hadn't done before, such as my podcasting series. When the VHL team interviews started coming in I mainly said that I would come up to the VHL if I was going to be a guaranteed starter for them, since as Spartan said to me, it makes no sense to skip the E as a goalie and serve as a backup when you can play in the E and be a starter. Like 2 teams that were in range to draft me and met what I wanted to go up to the VHL (London and Chicago). As for VHLE teams, I only got 1 interview from a team, which was Stockholm. I basically told Thad that if neither London or Chicago took me then I would likely stay down in the E to play. Mind you this was before the lottery. Then once the lottery went through with London set at 3rd overall and Chicago 4th there at first was a chance I could've gone to someone else, but the intentions behind the picks were discovered pretty quickly and so the first 3 picks of the draft I could've told you who they would be before it happened. Now for what I know the VHLE has a soft cap of 350 and a hard cap of 400, so the option of drafting a player above 350 is a possibility for VHLE gm's, it likely just depends on the intentions of the player they're looking at. So it was probably anticipated by the VHLE gm's that the players above 350 would likely play up. But it just surprises me that being interviewed by just 1 VHLE team and being skipped happened. Either way I was taken 3rd Overall by London so I'm playing up anyways, but if I hadn't been drafted to them or Chicago I would've probably chosen to play in the E where I was undrafted and would've been a free agent. Not that I don't like that option, but it's just a weird circumstance to be in. Anyways if that made sense or not to you I'm in the mood to get into a discussion if you want one about this, just make sure to quote or @ me otherwise it might take a bit for me to respond lol

This is an absolutely hilarious image. The highlighting around it is a nice touch, the blurred/shining effect that it has makes the image much more unique. The text is good, it matches the graphic, but the X or whatever you wanna call it could probably be a bit more center to the text. Then finally the graphic could use a background, maybe at a fishing dock or something just so that there's a bit more to look at. Overall 7/10

Since I'm trying to get my earning done and for some reason this image shows up while others don't on my school computer (I think it's because of the file) I'll review it! The background of the graphic is great, the colors of it match the overlay/filter or whatever really well and make his skin standout. The custom logo is absolutely gorgeous and I would hope to get it some day to put on my own graphics. The logo swap is clean af, much better than my attempt on my graphic and it blends in really well. The colors of the helmet really standout as well, kind of as an abstract object in the image. The glove I appreciate a lot as well, not that there's any editing there I think but I enjoy seeing different kinds of pad specs and graphics that goalies have and the small little thing you can see on the glove is nice. Finally for the text, it works with the graphic really well but the LONDONUNITED could possibly be a bit bigger but it still looks amazing.
