1. I think our team is set up nicely for a strong run! if ricer has anymore moves up his sleeve i would trust it. 2. None of this matters if we don’t get it done in the playoffs and we can’t be rusty or not ready come the dance! That’s what keeps me motivated. 3. Oh but mine of course! I would really like to see an in-depth trade deadline coverage but there were also sooooo many great suggestions!! If the league made 1% of them come true I’d be happy. 4. Our lines have stayed consistent lately and we have been finding the chemistry we have been looking for all season! 5. Embrace everything second. The wins and the loses! This is the best time of year to play hockey, the most fun you’ll have with your teammates and we might just accomplish greatness together. 6. It would have to depend on where the defensemen is positioned in this 2 on 1 but realistically I think Perry being the captain wants that pressure and wants to be the guy all of his teammates can count on to win the big game and be the clutch performer when they need it! But he also knows if the better play is to pass it he wouldn’t hesitate for a second.

This is an amazing article! You laid out your argument is a way that was A easy to read and follow and B intelligent and unbiased. All of this while also focusing on the long term success of the league. You gave examples that any great hockey mind should understand and frankly agree with. I would love to be a fly in the wall on those voting meetings. Great work 10/10

1. Speaking of the Trade Deadline, One thing I would love to see is trade deadline day have a sceptical like draft day! Have a live stream or something where all the GMs are in a chat room together and have a show cover the instant trade analysis and player reaction! Make it more of a huge day for everyone league wide! 2. This may have been already mentioned but a All Star weekend! This would be super fun idea and much like the World Cup etc it would only help interest more players and make them feel like all their hard work is paying off in more ways then one. Can have them in the E and M as well! 3. More Jobs in the management side to make it feel more complete! Maybe unnecessary but in this fun world maybe have scouts or coaches. Or even more team logos!! Each team have secondary logos and or third jerseys!

1. Miami! That’s where it all started for me and that’s where I’d like to start my gm career. 2. Relentless! Despite all of Calgary’s undeniable talent all their players give it their all every shift, and when one player isn’t going offensively he is making up for it with his effort. 3. I believe it will be tight but definitely do able! Just need to stay consistent. 4. Sirky has been a stud for us! We are confident every time he’s in the net that we have a chance to win! 5. yes! Perry hasn’t been performing offensively as consistent as I would like but it’s not for a lack of opportunity. 6. Negative, the workouts are just getting more intense as I prepare for the playoff but don’t want to risk an injury so it’s a fine line.

You know the I love the art effect! I think your logo could be a bit larger and I think the graphic as a whole is missing more! Even just the addition of your players name bar would help a ton! Continue the good work! 6/10

love the style you went with for your graphic!!! The white to black background is tremendous and your font choice doing the opposite is I think the logo could use so altering to adjust its placement on the jersey and have it behind the font! 9/10

I think great overall! Really helps current players have larger roles throughout their entire career and gives more opportunities to players looking to enhance their VHL experience in management roles! 5. I would say Thornton! Every season whether he’s finishing 1st of second in scorer he’s always right there and is super consistent. 6. Ricer has made the appropriate changes to the lines to hopefully spark some long term change! We just have to build our line chemistry a little! We have the horses to win this race!

Love this idea! We need more creative graphic types like this and I’d be interested to see what more you could do!!!! This wallpaper is super clean!! The logo is clear and pops! Love the font chosen and the larger faded logo in the back is subtle but a plus. I don’t love the lighting bolt and I feel it kind of covers more of the team name bar then you need to but just a small nitpick! Great work! 9/10

Going to miss you Asky!, this graphic is well done! I really like that you went too a full on jersey swap! I believe it you changed the shoulder patches as well it would look a lot more seamless! Really like the background you used! It helps make your tender pop! 7.5/10

1. The worst!! The sim engine seems to do this consistently… Atleast it’s got that going for it. 2. under delivered so far! We expect more out of one another and as a group! 3. Unpacking from the big move and just gaming and drinking! 4. @Prout go to a local bar and try and hook prout up with the locals. 5. Africa! It makes zero sense whatsoever but they would probably be such a dominant team! The people of Africa are literally great at everything! 6. It’s like orange but nothing like orange… it’s like youre standing in mid air with no direction, it’s like a deaf person singing to a blind person. That’s yellow

Review: another great piece by Ricer! I think you’ve gotten better and better every graphic! The text used for Dan is sick as usual!! The dark rustic effort used for the graphic is very cool and one of my favourites! The logo swap is a difficult one on this render and the effort is admirable even if it needs a bit of work! Maybe adding a logo to the helmet as well might help with the overall product! 8.5/10

1. To be expected I feel! It was a tough schedule to start for Calgary! Sitting at 500 is okay, but the team definitely expects better and we need to be more consistent. 2. Bad. Perry’s first season as captain comes with new expectations, no longer is he the young star putting up the points and being a great voice in the locker room. He needs to show up to play game in and game out and elevate his line mates every shift. He is throwing absolutely everything on next through the first 6 games and eventually they’ll start going in more regularly! But he also needs to clean up his defensive play. 3. Defensively we are playing okay, and Askarov will need a few weeks to get into a rhythm like he’s proven to always do! But consistentancy throughout the top 6 is key, the top line is not going right now and they need to be if Calgary is going anywhere. 4. Cowboy Prout. Although his play and dominance he has on the game is no secret to the Calgary fans and his teammates, I believe league wide he’s one of the most underrated players. 5. Alex Parise or Roberts Stutzle 6. Steve Eso to me embodies a Patrice Bergeron. In his first few seasons his defensive game always shined through and he was such a strong voice for the rest of his teammates. Now his two way game has taken that next step and he is becoming a offensive threat game in and game out!
