  6. Interesting and unique idea that I'm a fan of, loving how everything is layed out and the amount of detail in the numbers. Plus the font fits the style of the graphic. Neat logo swap in the background (I can see why you wanted to show it lol). It's a nice card for any GM or Manager to take a look at and determine what type of player Cadmael is. Overall no complaints. Review: 8.5/10
  7. Some fire shit right here, player cutout is clean while the background is great at compliamenting the graphic. I love that you used the team all around each other in the background, unique idea for sure. Font is absolutely killer and the effects are amazing as usual. And to top it all off, you've got a nice logo swap on the player (I wouldn't mind it being a bit smaller though). Spectacular job! Review: 9/10
  8. Sergey Joins The Comrades Moscow - Yesterday marked the event of the Season 81 VHL entry draft. There were a number of “studs” in the draft according to other media outlets. Calling the likes of other rookies like Daniel Janser and Cadmael Ixazalouh “the next greatest thing”. Sergey’s name hasn’t caught widespread attention as some other rookies called on in the S81 VHL Draft. But this signing might be changing that in the future, our very own player from Russia was picked in the 1st Round of the VHL Draft by the famous and historic, Moscow Menace! The weeks of waiting are over for Sergey, countless teams contacted him again and again. But Moscow made the most sense for himself and the team. “It’s great to be back playing Hockey in The Motherland,” Sergey said shortly after being drafted. He looks forward to playing for Moscow with his whole country behind his back when he gets called up to the VHL. But this isn’t the end of the journey for Preobrazhensky, the VHLE draft is just around the corner. When asked about playing in the VHLE Sergey responded, “VHLE is great for getting experience and sharpening your skills until getting called up to the world stage". There are many teams looking into Sergey to play for their team in the VHLE, it is still uncertain where he will land. Although we have a lot of details about Sergey’s future in the VHL. We have still yet to see what his stay in the VHLE will look like. Stay tuned for more upcoming news and stories about our hero, Sergey Preobrazhensky!

  10. 1. Defense for sure it's simple, defense wins games. Doesn't matter how much you score if you cannot keep the puck out of your own net. (Especially in the VHL) 2. Uhhhh, The Sportsmenship trophy? To be honest I have no clue what to name it. 3. Hmm someone who has good sportsmenship... Maybe Sergey Preobrazhensky? 4. Robert Wilk for sure, he played well in San Diego. 5. Christmas, you get work breaks and relax. What's not to like? 6. Hmmm, somewhere in Russia, the Leningrad (St.Petersburg) Lakers? Or we can go to Byelorussia! The Minsk Musketeers!
  11. I apply! Although fairly new, I feel like I'm ready to slowly take on the means of managing. It would be an amazing opportunity to learn the ropes with you and the players on the Wild.
  12. Unique idea, and I love it! I really creative idea and out of the box. This is great because it gives me and idea of how all the trades played out, who won and who lost in each trade. Some of the text and lines are out of place, but I love the idea! I wouldn't mind seeing more of this. 9/10
  13. Review: Nice looking guy indeed! I like the idea of this graphic, good effects and I enjoy the faded yellow color on the edges. On top of that, the background is well edited. The name text could be made so it stands out a bit more but it's a great piece of work nonetheless. Great job! 8.5/10
  14. Sergey Preobrazhensky and The World Stage Moscow - It’s that time of the season again folks! The bright young prospects of the VHL will be playing in the WJC (World Junior Championship) to showcase and represent their respective region. Our very own Sergey Preobrazhensky has been selected to play with Team Asia. Sergey was very surprised when he got the call from Team Asia’s Head Coach/Manger, @FireballSalad. He was hoping for a quiet offseason to work on his skills, but this opportunity is too good to pass up. So far, Sergey has struggled playing for Team Asia, having only 2 assists with no goals in 8 games played in the group stage. Following that, in the Quarter Finals Game against the USA, Sergey got another 2 assists, with Asia winning 7-6 in a thriller of a game. Sergey has visibly shown frustration on the ice, even going as far as breaking multiple of his sticks on the bench as well as on the ice. This has prompted a big question about Sergey Preobrazhensky: can he handle playing in higher skilled leagues? The WJC has showcased some of the best young talent in the VHL. Critics say that if he cannot succeed in the WJC, why is there any reason to believe he will be successful in the VHLE or VHL? The Underdogs, Team Asia is back on the ice again tomorrow night, hoping to upset Team Canada. Will Sergey silence the critics? This will be a statement game for him tomorrow, only time will tell if he can rise to the occasion.
  15. 1. I was not expecting that at all to say the least, but it's great that they are balancing out the leagues 2. Vienna, much better than Geneva 3. I believe that there will be somewhat better parity, there won't be like 2 or 3 players on a team like before, as the VHLM is shrinking. Leaving more opportunities for teams to have a better amount of players. Thus giving slightly more parity 4. Meh as long as I get drafted I'll be satisfied 5. Hmm, something aquatic, maybe a fish food sponsor? Or maybe we can get a seafood restaurant to sponsor us! 6. Yes for sure, not sure why people hate it. It's candy.
  16. Review: I'm loving what I'm seeing here. Good use of effects, and I love the amount of depth added into the graphic. A logo swap would've added a bit more, but it's good nonetheless. I also enjoy the font chosen in the graphic, really adds to the product itself. Amazing job with it! Overall 8.5/10
  17. Review: Nice graphic, the colors and the player blend in together splendidly. One thing I might add into your next graphic is a bit more pop into the graphic. Make it more eye catching for the viewer. But overall it's a nice simple graphic making it more engaging for the viewer like I mentioned previously would go a long way. Overall: 7/10
  18. Sergey Preobrazhensky Takes on Reporters Moscow - Our very own Russian star, Sergey Preobrazhensky took on the media before he heads back to the United States to ramp up his hockey training and career. It was a great mystery about how and where Sergey and his future will land, we tried our best to get down to the bottom of this. But there are still many things that are almost certain about Sergey. Although uncertain, reports say that Sergey will be playing back in his home continent of Europe in the VHLE! Meaning we will be able to reach out and watch Sergey’s brilliance without flying across the world into North America. But there are much deeper questions than what league he will be playing in. How is he handling his first VHL offseason? Have any teams even reached out to Sergey yet about playing for them? These are some of the questions expressed during Sergey’s presser, what did he say about these questions you ask? Here are some of the highlights in Sergey Preobrazhensky’s presser. {Translated to English} Reporter: “Hello Sergey, it’s been exciting to watch you playing hockey professionally overseas, although it must be challenging to accept and adapt to the American lifestyle. Have you ever thought about returning back to Europe or even back to Russia?” {Translated to English} Sergey: “Yes, it’s been lingering in the back of my head recently, but that’s not the most important thing in my head right now. What’s important to me is to develop and play hockey professionally in the VHL. No matter what country or continent it may be.” {Translated to English} Reporter: “So you talked about playing professional hockey wherever it may be. Do you know or have a hint on where you are going? Or has any team expressed interest in you?” {Translated to English} Sergey: “Uhhh, I’m not so sure about what team I’m going to yet. I’m just as curious as you guys about that. But what I do know is that tons of teams have expressed interest in me. I mean, who wouldn’t want me on their team?” He said with a big smirk on his face {Translated to English} Reporter: The offseason is all about improving right? How did the offseason change you as a person and a player? {Translated to English} Sergey: I’d like to say I’ve improved greatly as a player overall. One specific thing that I’ve noticed is that my mentality has improved, I’m much more confident and I can feel like I can’t do anything wrong. It’s a game changer for me, especially when you're playing on a world stage like I am now. Everything in the past is in the past, I can’t dwell on my successes or defeats. It’s about the present and what I’m doing right now to become the best version of myself. These were Sergey’s last words as he boarded his plane back to America. All eyes are now on the draft and particularly, where Sergey will land. Only time will tell what team wants Sergey’s amazing skills on their team.
