  1. Review: Yessir, I love the Moscow Dream Team! I'm impressed by the detail you've put into this, I like the player effects on the graphic and the logo swaps are done extremely well. The font and the border around the font are nice touches and enhance the artwork. I also like the little VHL patch you put on Markinson's jersey. Overall, the blend of colors are good and the whole graphic altogether is visually appealing, well done! Overall: 9.5/10
  2. Review: Looks amazingly well done! Some logos on the jerseys look a bit wonky to me, but other than that, I enjoy the effort you put into this work. I enjoy the special light effects put on specific areas of the graphic. The font doesn't look too bad either, it's simple and easy to read. Overall, it was a job well done and a cool little way to express and show your VHL Dream Team! 8.5/10
  3. More Moscow Updates After an unbelievable hot streak which saw Moscow climb up the European Conference, the Menace have cooled down a bit. Although this is the case, Moscow still is in the hunt, clanging onto fourth place in the conference. Moscow’s young rookie, Sergey Preobrazhensky is still smoothly handling the pressure of the VHL very well. With 40 points in 54 games, “I’m right where I want to be with my offensive performance” said the young centerman. Sergey knows Moscow goes far in the playoffs, and hopes they’ll get a chance at their rivals from across the pond - the Vancouver Wolves. “That team is annoying and a pain in the ass to deal with. I hope Moscow can meet them once again in the playoffs, but this time we’re going to be the ones winning.” said Sergey confidently. As the season is slowly dwindling down, the playoff season comes back once again. Moscow was left in a bitter embarrassment once again last time around. Sergey hopes to change the culture of this team, and bring the Cup to its rightful winners. We look forward to what the playoffs bring for Sergey and his Moscow team!
  4. Russian Dream Team? As I got notified on our new theme week, I realized it would be more enjoyable if I put a twist on the team. And that’s when it hit me - what about an all Russian Dream Team? That’s right, many different and astounding players residing from the homeland of the Russian Federation have been given the opportunity to play in the VHL. Today we’ll look at some of the Russian greats, and combine them into an All-Russian Team. RW - Aleksei Federov [S53 - S61] Minors [S53] Aleksei Federov, a fellow Russian, started off his VHL journey with the Brampton Blades in Season 83. Posting up an amazing 93 points in 73 games. Almost all of his points came from assists. Federov posted 74 assists in contrast to his 19 goals in his VHLM campaign. The Blades went on to finish third in their conference, granting them a playoff spot. Just to lose in the second round to the Yukon Rush. Seattle [S54 - S60] After a pleasant season in the minors with Brampton, Aleksei finally got called up to play with Seattle. Which is the city where he spent the most part of his career in. In the first couple of seasons with the team, he had a rough offensive start to his VHL career. Scoring 43 points in season 54 and then plummeting to just 36 points in season 55. But after that, things changed for the better, Federov miraculously pulled his act together and posted 80 points in season 56. Things were smooth sailing after that, Federov posted at least 75 points a season after his terrible offensive production in S55. Helsinki [S61] In Season 61, Aleksei was shipped off to the Helsinki Titans, he didn’t disappoint. Federov had record highs in both goals (51) and points (110). He then retired shortly after his arguably best season in the VHL. LW - Maxim Kovalchuk [S61 - S69] Minors [S61] Maxim Kovalchuk was a smart left winger with a medium and strong build, weighing in at 6’3 and 208 lbs. He was a fast guy on the ice and was known for his offensive skills, especially in his early years with the Seattle Bears. He started out with the Oslo Storm in Season 61, and posted promising offensive stats while helping the team to a Founders Cup in his first ever season with the team. Seattle [S62 - S65] The Seattle Bears picked up Kovalchuk through the draft, and boy did their draft efforts pay off. Maxim made an immediate contribution to the Bear’s team, scoring a career high, 117 points in S62. Although all of his years in Seattle had been productive, this season for sure stood out to everyone. Through his time in Seattle from S62-S65 he scored 339 in 288 games, everyone knew that Maxim had talent, but the numbers he put up were unreal. Calgary [S66] Maxim Kovalchuk was then traded to the Calgary Wranglers in Season 66. The left winger contributed tons to the jam-packed lineup full of talent. Which ended up losing in the second round of the playoffs to the Vancouver Wolves. His offensive stats for Calgary included 27 goals and 59 assists. After the end of the season, Calgary decided to ship Kovalchuk out of Calgary, back to his original team of Seattle. Second Stint With Seattle [S67 - S69] Maxim spent the rest of his career over in Seattle, although he was getting older and less agile. He was still a force to be reckoned with, and in Season 69 he decided to hang up the skates. Maxim did very well with the Seattle team and will forever be remembered in the Seattle history books. C - Bogdan Trunov [S77 - Present] Minors [S77/S78] Bogdan Trunov was just too good to be left out on this list. He spent two seasons in the VHLM, one with the San Diego Marlins while the other with the Ottawa Lynx. Although his first season with the Marlins was less than impressive in means of offensive production - 9 goals and 11 assists in 72 games. Trunov bounced back the next VHLM season with 80 points in 72 games. Warsaw [S79 - Present] With Bogdan dominating in the VHLM with Ottawa, it shouldn’t come to as a surprise that he’s excelling in the VHL. Coming off his most recent season with Warsaw, he racked up over 107 points. In Season 82 he so far has been able to achieve 97 points in 53 games played, Trunov is right on track to break his career high in points. Trunov has proved time and time again that he’s Warsaw’s savior, many are excited to see how far Warsaw can go with Turnov on the team. D - Vladimir Pavlov [S65 - S74] Minors [S65/S66] Vladimir Pavlov spent two years in the minors in Season 65, he spent time doing virtually nothing for his team. So there isn’t much to comment about his performance. But Season 66 was a different story for the young Pavlov, he showed flashes of offensive capabilities while being able to be physical on the ice. With 28 goals and 24 assists as well as 72 hits. Moscow [S67 - S74] Vladmir Pavlov spent his whole VHL career with the Moscow Menace, and he’s had his fair share of success with the team. Like winning the Continental Cup with the Menace in Season 70. He had a slow start in the VHL, but once he got going, there was no stopping him. Like in Season 74, his last year before retirement was the best season Moscow got out of Pavlov. With career highs in both hitting (263) and points (108). D - Victor Grachev [S72 - S80] Minors [S72/S73] Victor Granchev spent two years in the minors with the Phillidelphia Reapers and the Miami Marauders. In his first season with the Reapers, he had limited offensive production with 3 points in 26 games. But he flipped the script on that next year, in Season 73 with Miami, scoring 52 points in 72 games. Warsaw [S74-S80] Grachev spent most of his time in Warsaw as a VHL player, he was popular among the fans. Even winning them a Continental Cup in Season 78. His best season came in Season 79 when he had unprecedented amounts of offensive production, including 101 points. He was known to be more of a playmaker than a goal scorer, resorting to being more of a passer than a shooter. D.C [S80] Warsaw got rid of Grachev in his final season with the league, but he had to give it another go with a different team. This time, Grachev was instructed to play in D.C until further notice. And he did just that, scoring more than a point per game. Although he faced amazing success in Season 80, he knew it was time to hang up the skates. G - Rara Rasputin [S75 - Present] Minors [S74] Rara Rasputin was known to be a ginormous tank in the net. Listed at 6’8 and 250 pounds, he takes up a lot more space compared to others playing the same position. Rara first started out in the Miami Marauders organization as a minor league player. Showing very promising numbers for a rookie, including a 31-34-2 record with a .882 save percentage and a 3.16 GAA. This led to many teams keeping an eye on Rara, one of those teams was the Moscow Menace.. Moscow [S75] It was a short lived stay in Moscow for Rara. Only played 12 games in S75 for the team before the end of the season. Just to then get traded to Seattle in the off-season. His season 75 totaled to a .919 save percentage and a 2.77 GAA. Seattle [S76 - S79] Rara stayed in Seattle for four years through Season 76 to Season 79, he led the Bears to a Continental Cup in Season 77. Seattle heavily relied on Rara’s heroics to propel their way to success. Rara has had some of his best seasons in Seattle, and was widely considered and one of the best in the league at what he does. This led to his former team wanting his talents back… Second Stint with Moscow [S80] In Season 80, Rara signed with the Moscow Menace in free agency. He had a solid season with Moscow to say the least, posting up a 38-18-4 record and a 3.0 GAA. Moscow got exactly what they needed out of Rara to make it to the VHL Finals. Just to lose to the Vancouver Wolves. (Damn you Vancouver!) Los Angeles Stars [S81 - Present] After a short stay in Moscow, Rasputin was back in free agency. This time instead of choosing Moscow, he chose the Los Angeles Stars. Rara being goaltender for the Los Angeles team was one of the key reasons why the Stars are doing so well this season. So far, in Season 82, Rara has a 36-9-0 goalie record with a .921 save percentage and a 3.05 GAA. This year is the last year for Rara to collect another Continental Cup before he retires. Phew! And there you have it folks! That is my All Russian Team! 1525 Words Claiming for 2/27, 3/6, 3/13
  5. Presser time! 1. Minou Lambert is another standout player for our team, with 77 points, he's tied for 3rd in the whole VHL. In your opinion, how much of a contribution has he made on our dominant offense? 2. As more and more games pass, it's increasingly easier to point your finger on a playoff team - maybe even a Cup Winner. As 48 games have been played for Saskatoon, do you think this team has what it takes to go deep in the playoffs? 3. What is something that this Saskatoon team excels at that other teams struggle with? 4.What's your favorite aspect of Hockey? 5. What your player's song that gets them pumped for a big game? 6. Thoughts on the NHL season so far? @NatIng14@Dust bucket@Austin2997@NyQuil@GoldGear88@Minoulambert23@freezyeh@Abraham Lincoln@Strider@PuckyMcStick@Azorochi@Wheaties@dylanjj37@InstantRockstar @Smitty29 @Snussu@Tom Edwards@jennurse98
  6. You did some cool stuff on this graphic! I love the affects you put on the player to give it more of a cartoonish look. The font fits perfectly with the graphic and the dark but fitting background should also be accounted for. Not only that, your jersey swap seems to have done you justice, it looks well done and the Moscow logo on the jersey fits really well. To be honest, there really isn't much I can critique here, it's all very well done! 9.5/10
  7. Moscow Creeping Closer… Moscow- The VHL season has been showcasing many different players and teams throughout the season. But none greater than the Moscow Menace. The Menace were in the middle of a great big slump this season, a projected team that was supposed to dominate the VHL like it did a few seasons ago was now gasping for air. Last week saw them in the depths of despair being near last in the standings, but this week seems to be showing a glimpse of what Moscow is actually made out of. Coming into the start of the week, Moscow was 6th in the European Conference. They are now tied for 3rd spot in the conference. This team knew they had to do something quickly, and that all started with the pick up of Brian Schmigel, acting as the 6th offensive player on the team. Schmigel was placed on the first line which bumped Sergey down to the second line, but this move did wonders for team production. Today we’ll be meeting with Sergey Preobrazhensky and his outlook on the situation. Although it’s been a week since we’ve last heard from the young rookie, many things have changed around Moscow. It’ll be interesting to hear his insight into how Moscow is developing and how he’s feeling going into the second half of the season. Reporter: “Hello Sergey, welcome back to the booth. Moscow has been going through some rapid changes as of late, what are your thoughts on these changes? Most importantly, Moscow got Brian Schmigel who bumped you down to the 2nd line?” Sergey: “Well, obviously it would’ve been great to continue to be playing on the 1st line but I understand that the team needed to do something to turn this bad luck around. I’m still getting adequate playing time with the right guys while winning and increasingly more games. So I’m fine with taking a hit, I know I’ll be back on the first line very soon.” Reporter: “What has been the key difference in Moscow's success this past week in your opinion? “ Sergey: “I would say the mix up of lines definitely helped the cause. But not only that, we were more relaxed coming into games after Schmigel joined our team, everyone had close to equal playing time. We weren’t trying to compete against one another, we were just trying to win hockey games.” Reporter: “Half of the season has already gone by, how are you reflecting back on your performance throughout that time?” Sergey: “I know I haven’t put up as big of numbers as some other fellow rookies in the VHL. But I feel like I’ve accomplished many things throughout my tenure. I feel like without me, Moscow wouldn’t be where it is today. I've had my share of big moments here and picked up some crucial wins for this team. Unfortunately, many other rookies cannot be able to say the same thing about themselves because it simply isn’t true. Which is one thing that makes me stand out from other rookies.” Moscow is slowly but maturely creeping up on the top dogs, it’s only a matter of time before Sergey and company make heads turn. We look forward to seeing what this team can do throughout the final stretch of the season!

  9. Sergey Takes on Questions Moscow- After a 3-5 loss against the London United for Sergey Preobrazhensky’s Moscow Menace, Sergey lands in the press room, looking forward to answering questions about his season. So far, Sergey has had a pretty decent start to the VHL, posting up 19 points in 26 games. He’s been a key presence for Moscow since he’s been called up to the VHL. Reporter: Hey Sergey, tough game out there today, I know you guys wanted that win badly. You’ve been playing on the first line for quite a while now. Don’t you feel a bit overwhelmed playing against experienced veteran players on the first line when most rookies like you stick to the second or third line? Sergey: You know, I think this really does help me as a player. While most VHL teams tend to put rookie players against players that are more to their skill level. I’m out here competing with the big guys, and I’m really enjoying the challenge. To be in this league, you have to be able to keep up with these types of people. I respect my management for having the courage to put me out there as a rookie. I’m not overwhelmed at all by being on the first line. I’m determined to keep up with some of the biggest stars in the VHL, I’m not ready to shy away or become overwhelmed. Reporter: Moscow has been stagnant in the standings so far, coming in 6th in the European Conference, are you worried about this? Sergey: Not at all, I trust myself and this team to bounce back, we have what it takes and I’m sure we’ll get back on track. Reporter: Looking at this team, do you think Moscow has what it takes to become a playoff contender? Sergey: Pffft, what type of question is that? I’m 100% sure we’ll be seeing the playoffs once again, and I’m confident we’ll go far in the playoffs as well. I love the team we have in Moscow and I’m glad to be a part of it. Sergey Preobrazhensky is still feeling his way through the VHL. But it looks like he’s got it all figured out, at least for now. We look forward to what the young Russian has next up his sleeve, if everything he says goes to plan, we’ll be seeing the young center in the playoffs!
  10. Saskatoon Wild - S82 Roster Standouts Saskatoon - The season has been underway in the VHLM, fans from across North America and beyond are extremely excited to see top prospects play in their respective cities. One of those cities is Saskatoon, which has been a bottom feeder in the standings for a few years now. But it seems the tide has turned for this team, not to jump the gun on this team. But they’ve had a flattering campaign to start Season 82 off. So far, they’ve been able to secure 2nd spot in the Western Conference with 37 points in 29 games. Just behind the Houston Bulls for the top spot with 40 points. Saskatoon has a jammed-pack lineup full of talent top to bottom. Today we’ll take a look at a few of the stand-out stars on the Wild team. That had contributed to their team's success immensely. Minou Lambert @Minoulambert23 - Minou Lambert has a small lanky build for a left-winger, listed at over 6 feet but only 150 lbs. After a stint with the Mexico City Kings in Season 81, Lambert posted 44 points (23 G, 21A) with the team. Although he put up some promising numbers with the team, he showed he can mean much more to the offense. In Saskatoon this season, he’s posted almost identical offensive numbers, scoring 46 points (19 G, 27 A) all in just 29 games. He’s been a pleasant surprise in Saskatoon that has been quickly going up the ranks. Jeff Buffy @Strider- Jeff Buffy is a (as you guessed it) buff defenseman built like a tank, being 6 foot 5 and weighing in at 235 pounds. He’s a returning Saskatoon player, last year he put up decent offensive numbers with 12 goals and 45 assists in 64 games. Being a big defender like Buffy, he also racked up some promising physicality numbers, such as 157 hits with 106. Numbers like those showed that Jeff has a ton of potential, which resulted in Saskatoon selecting Buffy with their first overall pick. This season showed Buffy has no signs of slowing down. Posting 6 goals with 24 assists in 29 games, with 81 hits and 41 shots blocked. He’s well on target to break his season stats from last year. Buffy has been a leader on the defense that Saskatoon needed, skies the limit for this guy. Augustus Kennedy@InstantRockstar - Augustus is a young goaltender that has been the backbone of this team since the start of the season. When Saskatoon drafted the young goaltender, he was placed with enormous responsibilities right from the get-go. He was ordered to be the starting goaltender for this young Saskatoon Wild team. And he clearly didn’t disappoint, with a 18-10 record with 2 shutouts and a .896 save percentage. Which is not bad at all for a first-year VHLM rookie. Saskatoon has been full of pleasant surprises this season, with some standout stars that have prevailed under the Wild management. We hope to see what they can do as the season progresses. GO SASKATOON!
  11. Review: Nice job with the graphic, I like the background used in the graphic, with the ice in the middle with blue and pink swirls and lines on the corners. The text is also matched up well with the graphic and overall enhances the piece as a whole. I also enjoy the faded sparks in the background to give it more detail. The logo looks like it could be blended in with different shades a bit more but overall you've done a great job with it. Keep it up! 8/10
  12. Review: Cool simple graphic, I enjoy the simplicity in the background, on top of that both the colour and logo swap was executed brilliantly. I like the bottom of the graphic too with the code-like text, although a very simple touch, It definitely adds a lot to the piece, especially since there isn't much going on with the player or the background. Not only that, I also noticed the faded and darkened spot of the graphic in the bottom right and thought it was a great touch and added to the graphic. I'll give this graphic an 8.5/10, not too much going on, but I love the additions you made to the graphic.
  13. PRESS CONFERENCEAnswer these 6 questions for 2 TPE! 1. As more and more games are being played, how is your player feeling about our start? 2. What keeps your player hydrated while taking part in practices and games? 3. What should be our season expectations this year? 4. Has your player ever been in a slump? If so, how did they get out of it? 5. Favourite ice cream flavour? 6. If you could choose one superpower what would it be? @NatIng14@Dust bucket@Austin2997@NyQuil@GoldGear88@Minoulambert23@freezyeh@Abraham Lincoln@Thode@Strider@PuckyMcStick@Azorochi@Wheaties@Brodie_Landry@dylanjj37@InstantRockstar @Smitty29
  14. Review: Cool graphic, I like how you tried to make the jersey look like the team's colors. Although I do have some critiques, the colors on the pants especially are a bit too bright for my eyes. Making the colors less illuminated would go great lengths to make the graphic better. I would've also have liked to seen the NHL patch taken out of the graphic as well. The team logo on the player jersey seems out of place, making it bigger would help, but I also do understand that it would be hard to make the logo bigger while looking realistic given the jersey patterns/wrinkles on the jersey. Overall I give this work 6.5/10
  15. Review: I really dig this graphic, as you mentioned above, you also had to change the colors on the player while also trying to blend in the Vegas logo. I believe you executed this perfectly. Not only were the Vegas colors edited perfectly on the jersey, the logo looks great too. I also like the alternate logos on the sides of the jersey, they were placed very accordingly. Font looks amazing as well, I love the layout of this graphic, it's easy to read and is visually appealing. It was an amazing attempt for your first graphic. Overall I give this piece a 9/10, I look forward to what other graphics you come up with in the future!
  16. Sergey’s First Week in Moscow Moscow- This past week has been a memorable one for Sergey Preobrazhensky. He and many other rookies made their VHL debut with their respective teams. Playing for Moscow meant a lot for Sergey. His whole life had been dedicated to the game of hockey, now he has a chance to represent his own country while playing professionally. Right before the season opener against HC Davos Dynamo. Sergey got called into the coach’s office. Sergey didn’t know what to expect heading into the coach’s office, usually, it was easy meeting with a coach. But Sergey was especially nervous today as it was his debut with the Menace. But when Sergey sat down and heard what his coach had to say, it was all smiles from there on out. It turned out that Moscow wanted to inform Sergey that he would be playing on the first line against Davos. This caught Sergey by surprise as he thought he would be playing on the 2nd or 3rd lines to start. But moving Sergey up in the lines boosted the young center's confidence a ton. “It just shows that the organization has a lot of trust in my abilities as a player, and I’m honoured to play a vital role in this team’s success,” Sergey announced during his press conference. Being on the first line meant Sergey got to play with some of the most iconic players in Moscow. Including Paul Atreides and the captain, Duncan Idaho. “Both players have helped me develop in Moscow, I look forward to playing on the same line as them throughout the season,” Sergey said confidently with a smile on his face. Sergey’s first week in Moscow has been an amazing experience for Sergey so far. Sergey has played in six games, he’s scored his first goal against Warsaw and has five assists to go along with the stat line. “I was blessed to have both my family and friends in the stands for that goal, it meant a lot to me,” The young Russian said in his press conference after the game against Warsaw. Although Sergey was now a VHLer, he still knew there were bumps in the road relating to his game. Even though one of the biggest key things Sergey worked on in the offseason was skating, he was still slower than most of the other guys on the ice. “Hockey is a frustrating game, but you gotta trust in the process if you want to excel in this sport. My skating will improve over time when I play more games,” But that wasn’t all Sergey spoke to the press about his performance. He also wants to improve his accuracy as a shooter. “Half of the time, I miss where I aim my shot at. I need to get better at that if I want to stay in this league.” Sergey uttered out in a negative tone. So far, there have been some ups and some downs for Sergey. He’s still getting used to the atmosphere of playing in the VHL. Not only that, he’s still getting used to competing against VHL’s best. We hope to see more success from Sergey in the upcoming weeks!
  17. PRESS CONFERENCE Answer these 6 questions for 2 TPE! 1. Season starting back up once again! What does your player do to motivate themselves for the start of the season? 2. Is there any significant difference from your player this year from last year? 3. Biggest rivalry your player has with a team? 4. What is something Saskatoon can improve on or change?(Both on the ice and in the locker room) 5. What has your player been working on the most in the offseason? 6. What type of animal do you think your player resembles? @NatIng14@Dust bucket@Austin2997@NyQuil@GoldGear88@Minoulambert23@freezyeh@Abraham Lincoln@Thode@Strider@PuckyMcStick@Azorochi@Wheaties@Brodie_Landry@dylanjj37@InstantRockstar @Smitty29
  18. Review: Welcome to Moscow Comrade! I love the attempted jersey swap, but I do have some critiques. First of all, the jersey looks a bit blotchy and unnatural, but I do love the effort put into perfecting the jersey. Logo swap seems just a tad too big, but nothing concerning. I do love the creative font you used in the middle, one of my favourite things about this graphic. I wouldn't mind if you took out the NHL patch on the jersey either. Overall, it was a great effort and I look forward to what your player does in Moscow! 7.5/10
  19. Review: Amazing job! I love all the effort put into this graphic, making four-player draft cards for each player selected. Although, (as mentioned in reviews earlier) a logo swap would’ve been nice. I get that it would be very tedious work to do. The font is used really well in these cards and looks very professional. Not only that, the logo on the top left is placed perfectly. Overall, it was a job well done, and I appreciate all the effort it took to make all these draft cards! 9/10
  20. Sergey Preobrazhensky: Offseason Update After being called up to the infamous Moscow Menace of the VHL. Sergey Preobrazhensky knew that the VHL was margins different from the VHLE talent-wise. This is why Sergey planned to go all out this year with his offseason training plan. Sergey has many aspirations in Moscow including winning a cup with his beloved team. But there always has to be work put in to reach such a goal, and that is exactly what the young forward is planning on doing. When Sergey was with the Marlins last year in the VHLM, he did his offseason training in Siberia while meeting friends and family for two weeks. He worked on strength and endurance off the ice. This time, Sergey plans to stay in Moscow, to develop his quickness and shooting abilities on the ice. To do this, he’s teamed up with his childhood coach, Yuri Raspopov, who has personally trained with him since the age of 12. Since his signing to the VHLM, Yuri wasn’t able to see Sergey with his stint in San Diego and Cologne. Sergey knew it was up to him to make this offseason productive, so he came back to train with Yuri once again like the good ole days. Sergey had been wanting to train with Yuri since he landed in Moscow several weeks back. Although he has grown to be an old man, Sergey was still persistent on the idea. His first step was to call him on the phone… Yuri Raspopov: {Translated from Russian} “Sergey! I knew you would be back!” Sergey Preobrazhensky: {Translated from Russian} “Indeed I am boss, I’ve just landed in Moscow a few days ago.” Yuri Raspopov: “That’s amazing, I look forward to seeing you on television in Moscow colors. All the hard work from our training sessions has paid off greatly.” Sergey Preobrazhensky: “Speaking of training sessions, do you have a few more training sessions in you, Yuri?” Yuri Raspopov: “What are you implying?” Sergey Preobrazhensky: “You know I’ve done phenomenal things with you as my trainer, I was thinking we could join forces once again. Talk and catch up with each other, while training for my VHL debut” Yuri Raspopov: “I could definitely still train with you, but are you sure you still want me to be your trainer? I mean you are a VHL Player now, surely there are more qualified coaches to train with you.” Sergey Preobrazhensky: “I’m 100% sure, you’re the only one I trust when it comes to training” Yuri Raspopov: “Haha, alright then Sergey, I’ll meet you at my facility tomorrow” The work Sergey has put in with Yuri showed astonishing results. After catching up with each other, Yuri began a strict training plan with Sergey, and boy did the results pay off. He was becoming incredibly quick on the ice. Beating his personal speed skating records around the rinks. On top of that, we’ve seen him bulk up much more, he has cut down tremendously on the fats in his body. In a few days, Sergey will step on the ice for the first time ever with Moscow. He hopes his offseason training has all paid off. Until then, it’s back to the skating rink with Yuri…
