  1. Alright so for theme week we are speaking about recruitment and all that dandy stuff that has pissed off a few people and such so let's speak about it. First I’m gonna talk in different sections. First is about my thoughts and then the others are my actual opinions on how to fix such problems, how we can do better and etc. now clearly the league is old some people have made players for a few seasons gone inactive never come back but some like myself decided that this community is fun and I should stick around to enjoy more and that’s where we have to fix this problem is to figure out how we can keep people from leaving, we could boost how much tpe first generation players can get or other stuff but in general I think we have to make it more simple, we have to encourage players now I’m not the best at problem solving but I think if we can get players encouraged to continue we can have less people leave the league, here's an idea in the SBA there’s something they have added recently called “drills” which if you earn 12 capped visit the index 3 times that week you can get an extra bit of cash which doesn’t sound much but that can boost a lot of stuff and to me it encourages me to continue to earn in the SBA so my player gets the extra cash and gets better. Now the other problem is getting players into the VHL and even finding out what the VHL is, I got recruited by a random youtuber but like said in a post they just want more money and after making a youtuber do it for so long the viewers will just not care enough the effect warns down so using twitter or instagram can help but these aren’t used to the max either most of the tweets and posts are about stuff that mostly only people from VHL would understand so an outside view would be confused. To fix this we could try to make graphics or campaigns that can reach people who enjoy writing fantasy and somewhat roleplay as well this entire league is fixed on our players doing something in a non existent league which sounds crazy and goofy but is fun writing about your players success and how he raised from a random russian village with no talent to one of the best in the league is interesting and cool, now some of these ideas I’ve said can be good on paper but in reality don’t work at all which of course happens all the time with real life but if a simple person like me can come up with this then I think we gotta fix the recruitment team itself if they keep doing the exact same thing over and over again it does nothing so there should be more feedback and we should have a way to speak to the recruitment team easily and communication could help with it. So there you go, that's my bullshit rant about it and honestly this theme week wasn’t very fun since it is non creative and just “how to fix an issue” anyway good day friends. Words: 545

  5. 1. 100% moscow and maybe its a tight maybe but i think prague is gonna go under 2. im gonna say atleast 2 3. best GM award should go to GM's who are active and can talk players to earning well aswell making good lines so in a very very rare perfect case I think so 1. your top rookies for this season? 2. desired game you always wanted to play but never had the time? 3. a real life job that you are interested in?
  6. The past games have been crazy for Savaisk Tzesar he has scored quite a lot and with malmo going up in standings its going all up for the rookie, his teammate RMJW are fighting for being on the rookies point board and they have fought well with Savaisk being more of a goal scorer and RJMW being a passing god this team has been a true opponent to most teams winning against Riga LA Prague and more while also developing Viktor Jensen also going off with 27 points and will continue to play a major role for Malmo Jacob stone and ash sparks holding tight our net and blueline it's a perfect combo that helps this team win most nights it will be a wonder if this current Malmo team can keep up the success and perform at such a high level and maybe they can get promised a seeding. 7. reviewing game 190: Malmo Nighthawks Vs Warsaw Predators First period was very much on Warsaw's side same amount of shots but didn't matter as warsaw pulled off with scoring two making their lead 1 as malmo as already scored earlier in the period but the shots situation wasn't a problem yet, the second period was a bomber for malmo scoring two one from Jacob Stone and another one from Savaisk Tzesar warsaw tried but could only make 7 shots in the period making their chances very low, now malmo in the lead by one the game could be vary and while going into the third period malmo scored a straight 3 to keep the massive lead with enormous amount of shots putting up another 18 the game ended with warsaw scoring by John Poremba cutting the lead to 3 but at the end the score was 6-3 malmo leading with 55 shots dominating warsaws 27, it was very close at the start but ended very one sided.
  8. Can't wait to see what LA can do could be amazing
  9. Savaisk has a clear schedule and for years he has been going off the same schedule which has helped him grow as a player in the VHL he has been doing mostly cardio with weight lifting but it’s not just workouts he does he also trains his style of game that is slightly interesting as it's a unique routine, now it hasn’t been confirmed if this was passed down from his father but every game for Savaisk Tzesar he has prayed right before the game starts and he exclusively says the entire pray in Russian which is a similar thing that his father Boris Tzesar has done, after praying he goes out and shoots around and does a small toughness check on his stick, now maybe these are considered weird but it seems to be working for Savaisk Tzesar and if it worked for his father who had an amazing career maybe Savaisk will a good one as well. 10. Years of progress shows Savaisk Tzesar to be a future star for Malmo and the league but one side that we really didn’t get much from is own father Boris Tzesar retired goaltender for the Malmo Nighthawks, who hasn’t spoke much about his son maybe for privacy reasons but a strange sight seeing Boris Tzesar in the locker room watching his son practice for the upcoming games a reporter wanted to see Boris on how he thought of his son. “So Tzesar it’s been a while since you were last interviewed. I think it was a few months before you retired. How's it been?” “Well pretty good I’ve been living in Malmo myself actually for a few years and yea just enjoying the scenery, just an amazing place.” “Well I think it would be interesting to talk about your own son who you personally coached to be a goalie but then turned into a big forward” “Yea and I’m proud of him for choosing what he wants and not forcefully going down a path he wouldn’t enjoy so I’m happy about that.” “How was his cup win? Were you thrilled seeing your son do something that you sadly couldn’t achieve?” “I was proud for winning but not for what he did barely performed well and I told him off I tell ya, I understand he should be happy for the win but he didn’t score a single goal that’s disappointing.” “Well as of the start of the new vhl season he has shown growth scoring 4 goals and getting 6 points in his first 15 games any comment on that?” “Well I’m quite glad for him but not proud he can do better when I was in Malmo I was getting shut out after shut out now I know he isn’t a goalie but god damn it I want him to score I want him to win awards, not be a mediocre piece on a good team doing almost nothing of value of course I should be proud of his progression into the VHL but I wanna see more he knows all the goalie weak spots as I’ve taught him I hope to see him on headlines.” “Do you think he can achieve the level of stardom you seem to be talking about?” “100% he is one of the best forwards I know he is a big hitter who can tower over other forwards while also having the speed of a 5’8 center, he truly knows he can grow into something bigger than me but hasn’t proven to me he can, I hope to see him work hard I want at least 50 points this season so that he can prove that those years of training was worth it, I may seem harsh as a father saying this but I truly believe in my child to become one of the best in the VHL.” “Well I’m quite glad you want to see your son grow into the next big thing and If he continues onto this path he might be a hall of famer but that ends it for today it was a hell of a nice meeting you Boris Tzesar.” words: 531
  11. 1. a bit down thought he would score more but has sadly just continue to dissapoint and just hoping for him to get a boost 2. quite high actually Malmo has been doing quite decent and in my opinion can only get better. 3. I'm gonna try to go a full career retiring early isn't that fun 1. whos your guess for the most wins this reg season? 2. who do you think will have the most goals this season? 3. if you could choose for the final matchup for the cup which teams would you like to see go at it?
  12. Savaisk Tzesar has had a slow start in the Vhl only scoring 2 goals and nothing else really he has said before he wanted to do a ton to show Malmo his worth but at the moment it’s still a question if he can perform at this level he may need time correct but at some point there needs to be a change, his stats not showing much but it’s just the start of the season as well maybe a bit of time is needed or some line changes his teammate Ronald Johnson MacWallace lll is doing a bit better with 5 assists but Tzesar is still training hard everyday to become a player like his father Boris Tzesar, he hopes to improve his skill and finally be considered a good player. As for an update he has been seen shooting more and having a bit more wrist shot power so maybe that will help with his scoring but we won’t know for a while as for Malmo the team is doing alright could be better, The nighthawks in total has shown improvement and are ready to make a comeback season hopefully breaking down the EU conference and going into the playoffs with a cup in mind, a few other nighthawks players has been doing well but we are only seeing the surface of what can be a great team in the present and in the future but as for right now it's a big wonder if this team can perform to its best conditions. 13. Tzesar has been practicing a ton. He has been in the training room for months and the media was excited to talk to the young rookie and see how his perspective of things are going. “So Tzesar after months of waiting, in a few days you will be playing in the Malmo uniform. What are you thinking?” “Honestly, truly excited I’m ready to play for the city of Malmo and can’t wait to show off my skills to the fans, ever since draft night being drafted from Malmo and finally getting the chance to have the feeling my dad had, was surreal.” “Good to hear you are wanting to show to the fans but some may doubt since you were drafted quite high for your skill level do you have any comments on that?” “Well just means I got to prove them wrong as well. I understand being drafted high while others who may be better than me should have been drafted but that's the past, maybe they are worse than me now who knows.” “Great to hear what you think about your new rookie teammate Ronald Johnson MacWallace lll?” “Well looking at his tape and seeing how he plays I’m excited and hoping to be on the same line so we could produce good, but I know damn well we are both going to compete hard for the rookie of the year and if he wins he has my entire respect.” “We are also wondering how you are thinking of ash sparks? Two seasons ago he was a beast putting up 9 shutouts and an amazing save% you think it’s gonna be fun having a goalie like that?” “Well also excited to him preform in my own eyes I always watch his highlights and they are truly amazing one of the best goaltenders I’ve seen in the VHL, having someone like that in net could be a reason why we win games” “Are you planning for the team to get into the playoffs and try to win a cup or do you think this is more of a test season?” “In my eyes you should try to compete every season no matter if your team is full of bad rookies or bad vets you gotta try that’s the whole point of hockey you gotta play no matter what yknow?” “Aswell for this season what kind of player are you willing to be?” “Well like in seasons prior I want to hit people tons, maybe even be number one in hits. I like playing a more defensive role rather than offense but I do wanna try and score a bit there and there after all I’m left wing not defense so.” “Welp I’m glad we spoke to you, we can't wait to watch you put on the uniform and perform an amazing season for all of us to watch good luck and see ya next time!” As Tzesar walks back into the locker room to continue training we will just have to see if Tzesar’s heart can transform into the game. 15. Savaisk Tzesar has been working hard this off season working on scoring, hitting and defense he has met his new teammates and is excited for the season, while walking to the locker room after another day of practice a media reporter came to ask him a question. “So Tzesar, just a simple question, do you think you will be able to break the problem of not scoring or getting any stats?” “Honestly I think I can I’ve worked hard with my coach and teammates i’ve worked hard and I want to continue working hard I wanna show my usefulness to Malmo and my teammates I was lacking a bit last season but that doesn’t mean anything, my father has even taught me weakness of goalies so I should be able to score a lot more just get ready for me to show off.” “Alright then have a good night Tzesar we can not wait to see you next week to see the improvement.” words: 163

  22. “When the playoffs started the team was in the mood to win and since Savaisk wanted to feel the sensation of winning a cup again he tried but after the first round and now in the middle of the second one, he has kinda just not produced at all and Tzesar wanted a personal interview with the media.” “So Tzesar you wanted to talk about your personal game and how its been in the playoffs and with the stats we are seeing do you plan on trying to make a breakthrough and start producing for the team?” “Yea I've been just trying but clearly nothing is working and I still have high hopes for the cup but my production and play style has gone down, even in the regular season I went down in overall in my opinion, and hopefully in these finals I will clutch up and start doing stuff at most I’ve been hitting and playing defense but never shined on offense recently and its kinda sad but I make sure to practice and get into it” “Even if you lose the series it's a hell of a run plus next season you are being called up to join the nighthawks like your father, do you think you are gonna be able to make an impact like what your father has done?” “Well if I practice enough I think I can do way more then what he has done I plan to get a cup with malmo something my father couldn’t do which is sad but the past is the past I’m focused on getting better, winning the VHLE series and just having fun” “Do you think your first season in Malmo will be amazing? Do you think you could help enough for a playoff push?” “Honestly Malmo is a great team already. Me being added just adds onto the greatness of it. I know they missed the playoffs this season but I think more is coming for Malmo. They have been a resilient team and from all the stories my father told me. I’m gonna love it there” “I must imagine it must be exciting to once wear a jersey that your father played and fought hard for” “Yea for all the hard work it quite is feels like I’m continuing his legacy in a way in all honesty I might not be the one who helps malmo get a cup it could be my son or his I just hope that my bloodline gets to play hockey at its finest, I also think with how the gm has done that this team can push for a cup maybe not next season or the next but I truly believe in malmo if I wanted i could ask to be traded but I feel a connection to the team.” “Anyway Tzesar I hope you can hopefully get your rhythm into the last few games and I hope the best for all your teammates and express, you must feel amazing to be having a chance to win a cup at your age.” Words:513
