Hope you're firing your resume off Sandro. I'd suggest you go work in the oilfield but they are laying people off now as well. Just got off the phone with my mom who works as a VP for a big oil company and basically her schedule is flying back and forth between the US and Canada letting people go in groups of 30+ every second day. Hilarious. In a year it'll all be back to normal though, so now would be a time to go get your tickets while you have the money Target is giving you.

I'm too cheap to pay for a gym membership and instead spent a little bit of money scrounging up a bench, some weights (crappy barbell and dumbbells), and a few other bits. Over the course of the last couple years I've added a few things, and tried a few things. I did Rushfit for a while, but I'm not looking to lose weight, and was getting my Cardio elsewhere so I stopped it after a while. Biggest change was diet for me, like upping my amount of 1000 Calories a day and just adding in more Protein. Then I started following a youtube routine online which is really basic, but doesn't take me long to do. I speedskate 2-3 times a week for my cardio, workout 3 times a week on the other days, and the last day is a rest day. I have been saving up to get a decent road bike to switch to once speedskating is over. I'm an older guy (compared to most of you here), and so I'm just looking to stay in okay shape for my family, and put on a little weight for the first time in my life. Since the summer I've had some good success with it. Good sleep has been important for me as well.

I love predatory shopping at places that are going out of business. When the local Home Hardware shutdown I grabbed so much lumber and crap for future building products at dirt cheap prices. Any business that can't make it work and is going to be shut down is fair game!

Target was a total hole. Only surprising thing is it took this long for them to run back to the States with their tail between their legs. I feel bad for those out of a job, but 16 weeks pay is unreal and anyone who has any skills and basic work ethic can find a job in Canada.

No kidding. Honestly, I finally just turned on a few of the cheats so that I could enjoy the storyline and not have to grind my way through a bunch of levelling up skills and crap. Back in the day I would have loved that stuff, but just don't have time for it any longer. Still really enjoying though, particularly since I picked it up for $5 on Steam. My next purchase is likely to be something like The Long Dark, though my fre computer is on its last legs so I'll need to upgrade that first.
