This is certainly a trade and a half that I didn't remotely expect to happen a few days ago

Appreciate the chats @Acydburn, glad we could get you on Prague while giving everyone what they wanted....cap space, contending pieces, positional needs, etc.

It wasn't fun to trade away @Insypher away the first time, not any easier the second time. You're always welcome in the LR and I hope you stick around. Always a thrill chatting Pens with you ❤️. Enjoy Prague, great people there (except Sam).

Super thrilled to bring @AW13 back after Lexi Glass was great for us back in the early 80's. Excited to bring my other exceptional teammates from last season @DMaximus  and @Jason kranz on board as well. Love the makeup of this team and the talent we have now!

    1. We just gotta win games. Simple as that.
    2. I'd say that our group has a very good chance against them.
    3. Prague is a pretty formidable team right now, they would certainly be tough to play against.
    4. I'm not really sure, it's a hard league and anything can happen. They certainly have proven that they can be a good team.
    5. It's absolutely very likely. Both of those guys are very hard workers and both should be considered for the MVP.
    6. A decent amount of my picks were very wrong, so I'm not so sure anymore.

    1. I think it's a combination of several things. Our power play has been clicking much more than the start of the season. A lot of guys have been stepping up when we need them the most and I think that's really helping us.
    2. I might be biased, but Soggy has had that dawg in him since the start. You can always count on him to take advantage of opportunities and to set a great example for the guys in the room.
    3. I'd say that I've been doing my job pretty well. If there's anything I need to change, it's taking too many penalties.
    4. Bananas and Strawberries. That combination of those two fruits always get the job done.
    5. I'm kinda disappointed I never got to fight Soggy while I was in LA. I'm sure he could hold his own pretty well.
    6. A stick without a blade. I don't really use it that much anyway lol.

    1. I'm not too well versed in the current best prospects, but I don't see how this trade could be viewed as a bad thing.
    2. There's always that possibility that late round picks become effective VHL players *wink* *wink*
    3. Depends on where our GMs view the team is currently at. I can see both sides
    4. The NHL draft is always by far my favorite, given that the NHL is the league I follow the most
    5. Blasted nachos always felt like it was too much cheese. The original cracker is the best because it's not overwhelming. It's more of a low-key type thing
    6. Moskau by Dschinghis Khan is a little too obvious but I feel that it's a good contender. Perhaps the Red Army Choir version of "Let's Go" is the best option. It's the most hype march I've ever heard and sometimes I listen to it at the gym.

Love this graphic holy! The way you have been able to swap the logos but going as in-depth to swap the gloves, it's amazing. Honestly the gradient also helps draw so much more attention to the player from my POV. This is one of my personal favourites that I have ever seen, So it's amazing. For that reason you get the 69/420 (nice) (10/10). Would love to see more like this in the future! Amazing work.

Nice to see interviews and get to know the perspective from the players points of view and his friendship with Tomas. With this media spot though you should make spaces between each Paragraph as it reads like one big run-on sentence. I would also use a different color for either the interviewer or Jason so that it would stand out and be a lot easier to read. Adding a picture would also add that extra touch. Other then that was a good interview. Keep up the good work! 7/10

Interviewer: Hello Jason, thank you for joining us today. You have had a pretty interesting journey in the world of hockey, particularly with your friendship with Tomas Sogaard. Can you tell us about how you two first met and how your friendship developed?
Jason Argos: Sure, I first met Tomas when he joined the Mexico City Kings of the VHLM during my second season with the team. We quickly bonded over our shared love for the game, but also found that we had a lot in common off the ice, like our shared love for fishing and the outdoors.
Interviewer: You and Tomas played on a few different teams together before being drafted by the Moscow City Menace. Can you tell us about those experiences and how they helped strengthen your friendship?
Jason Argos: Absolutely. When we played together on the Kings, I wasn't a rookie anymore, but it was still exciting to have a new teammate like Tomas. We had instant chemistry on the ice, which made playing together even more fun. He had a much different, and much better if I'm being honest, skillset than me, so he was able to help me improve my game in the areas in which I was not so comfortable. And then when we both played for the Istanbul Red Wolves of the VHLE, we were both living in a foreign country and dealing with language barriers and cultural differences, so we relied on each other for support. It definitely helped bring us even closer.
Interviewer: When you were both drafted by the Moscow City Menace, it must have been exciting to continue your careers together on a more competitive team.
Jason Argos: It was definitely exciting, but it was also a bit nerve-wracking because we were moving to a new country again. But having each other there made the transition a lot smoother. He actually helped me a bunch when I was learning some Russian. And playing for the Menace was a great experience because it was a highly competitive team and we were both able to grow as players.
Interviewer: After one season with the Menace, you were traded to the Los Angeles Stars, but Tomas stayed on the Menace. Can you talk about how your friendship has changed now that you're on different teams?
Jason Argos: Yeah, I was somewhat upset that they weren't able to keep me. I was hoping we could play together our whole careers, but I knew that would be unrealistic. Our friendship hasn't really changed that much, to be honest. We still talk all the time and catch up whenever we're in the same city. Of course, there's a bit of a competitive rivalry now that we're on different teams, but it's still a friendly rivalry. Sometimes I might seek him out intentionally and give him a big hit or two. We both want to see each other succeed and do well, even if it means our own team loses. At the end of the day, we're still good friends and that's what matters most.

    1. Guys can do whatever they want prior to a game. That might just be their way of preparing for a game. Guys have all kinds of wacky rituals they do before games, but relaxing in a hottub crosses the line?
    2. I'm not superstitious, but I am a little stitious
    3. I feel that it's fair. Be supportive of everyone involve, but remind them that there is still a job to do at the end of the day.
    4. I believe that things like this happen every season. While I do believe that we should be working to fix this issue, we can currently afford to lose a few games here and there given our current standing in the league.
    5. I feel that if we could find a way to make it work, it would be very interesting to have a VHLPA.
    6. This is the best season that I've ever had. While I'm currently satisfied with my current production, there is always room for improvement.

    2. I was? That's news to me. Those LA nights, man, they do some crazy things to you. I might have been a little "under the weather" if you catch my drift. I personally always try to take photos with fans despite what I apparently said.
    3. Yes I have. It has a very distinct Nordic flavor.
    4. I feel that our group right now is very good, so I can't really think of any problems.
    5. They're always rock solid. Both of them never give up no matter what.

Insypher reacted to KRZY in LA Stars players and their NHL counterparts
Well it’s that time once again for me to compare players on my team to their NHL counterparts. Let’s get started

    Forwards

    Sirdsvaldis Miglaskems C Tage Thompson

LA’s Captain is huge for the Stars on and off the ice , seemingly always getting better and amazing the team with his skill and work ethic Sirdsvaldis has been the energizer bunny for this team the last few seasons , and appears to be well on his way to having another successful and productive season this year in LA

    Vinny Detroit LW Matthew Tkachuk

LA’s newest addition plays a very physical game and also puts up the points while he might not be the same size as Tkachuk Vinny plays a similar type of game never one afraid to shy away from the physical aspect of the game . Vinny will be a huge player this year for the Stars . On another note Vinny is also
Chasing a milestone for most career hits in the VHL . LA is lucky to have one of the greatest power forwards in VHL history on their team this year !

    Todd Cooke C Dylan Cozens

Cooke is a promising Young forward trying to find his way and contribute to the success of LA . Cooke while not having the start he’s wanted is still very promising and is still looking to have a productive season for the Stars this year .

    DB lll C Tyler Seguin

A veteran of the VHL and the Stars DB provides offence and works hard every single shift . DB has been exactly the type of player you want to play with as well as the type of player that makes GM’s salivate at the lips for . He plays whatever role you need him to and seemingly never makes a bad play . DB will be another important cog in the LA offensive system this year .

    Jason Argos RW Zach Hyman

Jason argos has in recent years been more of a dependable depth option for the Stars but he looks poised to have a breakout season this year they gritty hard nosed forward never takes a shift off and doesn’t shy away from the dirty areas to make a play. This player is hoping his emergence will help propel the Stars into the playoffs this season .

    Sunglasses Joyo C Matty Beniers

Joyo is a young exciting rookie bringing championship pedigree and youthful enthusiasm to the Stars. Joyo is known for wearing his sunglasses everywhere even on the ice during games , legend has it that without the sunglasses Joyo wouldn’t know how to play hockey . Personally I think Joyo has a very good chance to compete for rookie of the year this year !

Now that the forwards are done let’s move to the defenders

    Callum Murray , Rasmus Dahlin

this towering defender is having one heck of a season early on posting multi multiple point games so far , he’s also very solid in his own end and makes one of the best first passes on the breakout I have ever seen . Murray is starting to come into his own as an elite defenceman in the VHL and he will only get better as time goes on.

Scoish Velociraptor Maliosh , Cale Makar

Maliosh is having an excellent season so far and like Murray he’s really coming into his own as a two way defenceman in the league. Maliosh is quick on his feet and very good in both zones . And will only keep getting better as time goes on .

both defenders mentioned above I see competing for top defenceman awards for many seasons to come . No let’s get to the goalies

    Alex Minion Carter Hart

Minion brings a lot of raw talent to the Stars after a season in the VHLE where he backstopped the storm to a renaissance cup . Minion is positionally sound and is a bright young goaltender that will give LA a lot of good years in the crease !!

    Art Vandelay juuse saros

Vandelay might lack the size of you typical starting netminder but for what he lacks in size he makes up for in talent and heart . This season Vandelay is establishing himself as one of the premier goalies in the VHL . He is elite and there are no real flaws anywhere in his game . LA struck gold when the drafted Art .

there you have it folks that’s who I think are good comparisons to the LA Stars and their NHL counterparts.

Interviewer: Good afternoon, Jason. Thanks for taking the time to speak with us today.

Jason Argos: No problem, always happy to chat with the media.

Interviewer: Let's start with your background. You were born and raised in Alaska, how did that influence your decision to become a hockey player?

Jason Argos: Growing up in Alaska, hockey is just a way of life. Everyone plays, it's just part of the culture. I started playing at a very young age and fell in love with the game. I knew
early on that I wanted to make a career out of it.

Interviewer: You've been playing professionally for several seasons now, starting with the Mexico City Kings, then moving on to play for the Istanbul Red Wolves in the VHLE and now currently with the LA Stars in the VHL, How has your experience been playing in different leagues?

Jason Argos: It's been a great experience, I've been fortunate to have the opportunity to play in different leagues and learn from different styles of play and coaches. The VHLE and VHLM are both top-level leagues and they have helped me to develop my game and adapt to different situations. The VHL is a different level of competition, it's more physical and faster, and I'm happy to be back here and playing for the Los Angeles Stars.

Interviewer: You've had quite a successful career so far, with 95 points in 216 games prior to this season. How do you maintain your level of performance?

Jason Argos: I think it's all about hard work and consistency. I always try to focus on the next game and not get too caught up in my past performances. I also make sure to take care of my body and stay in good shape. And of course, I have a great team behind me who helps me to stay motivated.

Interviewer: You're off to a great start this season with 9 points in 8 games. What do you attribute that success to?

Jason Argos: I think it's a combination of things. I've been playing with a great group of guys and we have a great system in place. Guys like Vinny Detroit and DBIII have really helped improve my game. Our coaches have been doing a great job of putting us in positions to succeed. I'm also feeling more comfortable with my role on the team. I'm playing with more confidence and that's translating to my performance on the ice.

Interviewer: Finally, what are your goals for the rest of the season and beyond?

Jason Argos: My main goal is to help the Los Angeles Stars win the championship. That's what we're all working towards as a team. Personally, I want to continue to improve as a player and be a consistent contributor to the team. And in the future I would love to represent my country in international competitions.

Interviewer: Well, we wish you all the best for the rest of the season and beyond. Thanks for taking the time to speak with us today, Jason.

    1. Our GM is a very respected person not just to the players, but to the community. That manager refusing to show that documentary is blatant disrespect and I fully expect him to apologize. That kind of behavior will not be tolerated.
    2. So much of hockey chemistry on and off the ice. I am personally a fan of D&D and I can totally see how it can improve their chemistry, so I have nothing against it.
    3. I feel that there are plenty of D-men in the league that wouldn't cost too much to get.
    4. I feel that it's okay as long as there's moderation. Unlike modern sports gambling ads, most alcohol ads don't feel nearly as predatory.
    5. I mostly wanted to improve my offensive game, get better at generating chances and opportunities.
    6. My goal is to have more than 40 points this season.
