  1. The end of the JST is finally here. This season's tournament was one of the most wild we have ever seen. The championship goes to Vancouver even though Team Clue tried their best and outdid everyone's expectations in the playoffs. Ivan Retoslav shocked the spectators as he and his linemates put up a surprising 24 points in 8 games. Retoslav himself had a good playoff run as well when in the first 4 games of the playoffs he managed to put up a point per game. He was even chosen as the second star in one game! This did not carry over though as in the next 4 games he would find himself only scoring 1 point. It was a good run for Team Clue and the young Russian as they went from last place in the round robin all the way to the finals. Sadly it was not meant to be, but that does not take away from the fact that they had an amazing playoff run. Retoslav has been quoted saying a thank you to all of his teammates, coaches and GMs for helping him on his journey. The next stop on his journey? The VHLM Draft and we will be waiting for the results right here.
  2. 1) Im somewhat surprised with our performance given that we have not performed well during the round robin. 2) I feel that Eldon Escobar would be the MVP because he was the tournament points leader and managed almost 2 points per game. 3) To not expect my player to put up points and wait for the performances to get better. 4) I have enjoyed the LR and it is very active. I do not have any criticism. 5) I feel that we will win in 5 games. 6) I would not be interested s I would prefer to only focus on my player.
  3. Ivan Retoslav has been playing for Team Clue in the JST and after 10 games, he finally scored his first goal. The tournament started out slow for Retoslav as well as the rest of the team. Retoslav took 15 PIMs in five games, all of them were fights, and only had one assist. Not the performance that was expected from the young Russian when he joined the team on waivers just before the tournament. He was started on the third line, but almost immediately after the first 5 games he was moved up to the second pairing where he scored his first goal of the JST. Along with Retoslav on the second pairing, Team Clue's GM, Shindigs, has put Pete Mitchell and Rustyov Dusterov. Mitchell and Retoslav seemed to have some good chemistry as Retoslav scored a goal and Mitchell completed a Hat Trick. Now, here we are after 12 games played, Retoslav currently stands with 2G 1A in 12GP. These stats go along with his 17PIMs, unexpected to be so high but tht is also overshadowed by the fact he has 2 PIMs in the last 9 games. Retoslav may not have had the start he wanted, but he is gearing up as the tournament goes on.
  4. 1) I really enjoyed that, especially being nominated for the non-existent to my knowledge fair play award. 2) I believe that the slow start was because of the fighting with our first line having 129 PIMs in 5 games. 3) I would say its hard to tell after only 5 games. 4) I would not like to join that as Restolav does not have fighting skill. He is a playmaker. 5) Definitely around 300 PIMs. 6) Getting my first point and getting into 3 fights in my 5 games.
  5. I am still experimenting with the software im using for these so expect to see them get more detailed as they go on!

  7. 1) I had not heard about it and I was not drafted into it. I got in through waivers. 2) N/A 3) I have enjoyed it and seems like a fun tournament. 4) I am very excited to get going with the tournament. 5) I have a feeling that TeeJay11 will lead the team in points by the end. 6) I am hoping to put up a few points and set up my teammates for goals.
