Well, here we are. One day after the draft and so much has already happened! Ivan Retoslav after being selected 12th overall in the draft has officially made it to London. Despite all that was said after Retoslav was found drunk in a back alley and all of those questioning whether he would drop out of the top 15, now you have your answer. Not only did Retoslav stay in the top 15 draft picks, he moved up a spot! Many speculated that the young Russian would be drafted 13th overall by the Calgary Wranglers, instead he moved up to 12th overall and got drafted by London. One of the biggest stories of the draft also involved Retoslav and his former line mates Landon Wolanin and Justin Adolfsen. The three of them went back to back to back, Retoslav at 12th, Wolanin at 13th and Adolfsen at 14th. The three forwards that San Diego picked up in the S82 VHLM draft turned out to be exactly what the GM @Frank thought they would be. When Ivan was asked about how he felt seeing his old mates go right after him he said he was very happy, "I am super excited for Landon and Justin! They were very good teammates and we gelled well together! I can't wait to get into the L and start playing against them, who knows, maybe one day we'll end up on the same team again!" While in San Diego, all three players recorded over a point per game, Wolanin with a goal per game. Will the three players ever reunite? Only time will tell, that's all for now. Ivan Retoslav was found drunk in an alley the other night. He was celebrating an amazing season with his teammates when he suddenly wandered off and they couldn't find him. Many beleieve that this will cause his draft stock to drop. Most teams do not want their players to have the public image of being a drunk who always manages to get in trouble. Although this is the first time he's done it in Houston, this is not the first time it has happened. Back in the S81 JST, Retoslav went and got drunk after scoring his first goal. He was also there when his teammate Babushka in San Diego stole $500 from DJ fire dragon at a bar. Only time will tell if this will drop him out of the possible top 15 candidates. Retoslav himself said that he was very embarrassed about the encounter and even more so thanks to the fact that it was Hammar Voss (the #3 candidate in the S82 draft) that found him in the alley. We didn't mention the fact that he was also playing poker for a beer bottle with a homeless man, even if he's a future star he is still breaking laws. The police let him off with a warning this time, but said that if it happened again that he would be fined very heavily. Retoslav has promised to not get drunk again.

Hey guys! I just hit 100 posts! This forum is by far the most fun and most inclusive one I've ever been a part of. So many people helped me through the start when I first joined. Notably @Shindigs, @Spartanand @MubbleFubbles. I would really like to thank them all for helping me figure out how to do TPE tasks, showing me how to apply it and talking to me pretty much every day. I have never reached more than 50 posts on a forum before so this is actually a huge thing for me. I've done many things in my short time here, such as make Sam threaten to mute me when I sent her 50 "bucks", getting put in the gulag, made AGM of Vegas and made it to the founder's cup finals. I just wanted to write this to say thank you to all the people that got me started with the VHL and made sure that I knew how to use it and wouldn't get bored. Thanks again! I'll be writing another one of these for 1000 posts in about 2 seasons lol.

1. I am very happy with how Retoslav performed this season, put up a very high amount of points considering he was on the second line for the second half of the season. 2. I am very happy with how we performed, sadly we didn't get the chip but we did very well as a whole. 3. Figuring out the new attributes in order to reach my hybrid build. 4. I am going off to the E for S83. 5. S P O R T S 6. Shindigs for sure, we also chat pretty much daily and he was the one who taught me what TPE tasks were and how to do them. Spartan was there but I don't think he likes me very much. I may have told him that he is planning to die at 50.

GMs from the Junior Showcase Tournament (JST) will start reaching out to you soon. The JST is an off-season tournament for VHLM prospects to pass the time between seasons.
