  1. Riddler can privately vote, so that was probably just omg.
  2. So, anyway. Two deaths. The people alive and free at the time of those two deaths were the following: scoop Adrest Ptyrell rory Jericho Advantage Goliathus Ben MMFLEX Berocka Unless Bat-family is messing up and not outing rory for clearing a ton of people, then by my calculations, MMFLEX and Berocka are killers, and I fucked up by letting Berocka go. @rory am I incorrect about your clearing of scoop through Ben on the above list? At least of being killers? I feel like Goliathus and Ben haven't been mentioned much as candidates, so it almost became an assumption that they weren't under suspicion. I had thoughts of what I believe the two of them to be, but I'm not sure if there is any confirmation there.
  3. Ah, I see. I was thrown completely off by the fact that the very first body found was left "crippled" which matched Bane's calling card, so I just assumed from then that deaths would reveal that info. Whoops!
  4. With the huge shift in attributes around the league, predicting this season is a bit unlike others in the past. One might think that people expect this to be a year that a defenseman or goalie might take home an award like Most Valuable Player, something which forwards win at a large margin (I'm not going to do the calculations for a VHL.com article, I've done enough research already). Alas, the favorites this season are forwards as usual. Polling 62 VHL experts (ie the 62 prediction sets that have been submitted at the time of my research), the favorites to win the Scotty Campbell Trophy are Reynlynn Reinhart and Saku Kotkakoivu. Third in the rankings was Duncan Idaho. Reinhart is an understandable pick. She has the highest scoring rating in the league, and plays for a very good team in the Prague Phantoms. She took a huge leap in her goal scoring last season, having a career high of 27 during her five seasons with Davos before scoring 56 with the Wranglers. Back in Europe, she will be one of Prague's primary scorers, so she will likely find herself near the top in goals scored once again. Kotkakoivu is a bit of an odd pick, but I understand it. While he could very easily lead the league in goals, and be far and away the best player on his team, I don't think the voters will respect a player who plays for a team as bad as the Calgary Wranglers, even though they'll probably make the playoffs. Their post-season presence will be just a formality, however, as the North American Conference has three teams that don't suck, and Calgary is not one of them. Kotkakoivu could very well have a high-scoring season, but I see him as more of a Most Outstanding candidate. Idaho is one of the best players on arguably the best team in the league. He is a former MVP, and his two-way play could see him take home the award once again when the scoring around the league drops a bit. Having personally predicted him to win the award, I believe Idaho is a standout forward on his team, and even if Hard Markinson on defense could arguably be the better player, I see Idaho carrying the offense and garnering the praise. Here are the tallies of the MVP predictions, out of 62 total Saku Kotkakoivu 14 22.6% Reylynn Reinhart 14 22.6% Duncan Idaho 10 16.1% Xavier Booberry 6 9.7% Taylor Mourning 4 6.5% Jonathan Ori 3 4.8% Alex Johnston 2 3.2% Em Em Flex 2 3.2% Vinny Detroit 2 3.2% Hari Singh Nalwa 1 1.6% Jerome Reinhart 1 1.6% Baby Bob 1 1.6% AJ Williams 1 1.6% Hard Markinson 1 1.6%
  5. No, Flex can't be Deathstroke if rory attacked him. But there was no calling card left behind with the kill, which limits him to being Deathstroke or Zsasz I believe, and he can't be Zsasz. I must be missing something.
  6. So Flex is Deathstroke.
  7. @Adrest245 what info do you have for us
  8. So, what if Berocka isn't Catwoman.
  9. F - Taylor Mourning @MexicanCow123
  10. Looking for some more votes on jailing Doomsday here @Spartan @Jericho @Adrest245 @Ptyrell
  11. Ah, I see you found that post as well.
  12. @Advantage I said this earlier, but at that point in time I was trusting MMFLEX for some reason, though I don't think his claim has anything to back it up other than his own word. At that time I didn't know rory was backing you/Jericho/Ptyrell. Bane does not have jail discord access. The people on the full list above are those who do not.
  13. Keeping it on Doom is fine. If he is Falcone, giving him another night could end up with him regenerating thugs and getting someone release from prison at random. There is still a chance that MMFLEX isn't even lying at all, I think. So I say we just keep the votes on Doom and make sure as we go into night to consider that Flex could be Bane.
  14. The thought would be that Flex is a Scarecrow/Bane candidate, while Doom is not, because Doom has access to the Jail discord and neither of those roles do. Scarecrow is likely Zack and NSG could possibly be Bane but I don't know if that's even close to confirmed. Getting killers off the streets decreases the likelihood of a jailbreak happening.
  15. Doomsday is probably Falcone, jailed on the night of Act I for targeting Bat family. Evaded rory's disruption because it hit one of his thugs. Considering that, do we want to jail him or try to get a potential killer? We still don't know who Bane is. It could be NSG or Zack, but it's possibly Flex as well.
  16. The Catwoman is also claiming to have Penguin as a target, which if true would mean a couple things: 1) we need to worry about Gothams recruited to mob 2) MMFLEX is lying Obviously a Catwoman could be lying though.
  17. If you know Adrest is good, I'll trust that. In that case, Flex being good would require the role list to be as follows: Blackgate Jailor Blackgate Jailor Commissioner Gordon Private Investigator GCPD Scout GCPD Surveillance Batman Robin Scarecrow Mr. Freeze Mad-Hatter Salvator Maroni Ra's Al Ghul Riddler Bane Catwoman This would work with the breakdown (with the Any's being 2 Gotham, 2 Unassigned). Does this work with what roles you are aware of? Definitely down to go for Doom though, just trying to see if we can guarantee Flex as a liar and jail him next.
  18. If there's a GCPD Scout out there, I would recommend coming forth with all info that you have. If there is no GCPD Scout, then MMFLEX is lying.
  19. I double checked, and this isn't necessarily true. I missed that Batman was in one of the checks and double counted him. So MMFLEX and Adrest actually could both be good.
  20. Maybe I underestimated how close we are to having everything solved and figured an ally Catwoman could help. Unless he just has a bunch of Gotham and Bat-family as targets, he can't really do us much harm.
  21. We're not that close. One of MMFLEX or Adrest are definitely lying. If MMFLEX has been truthful about everything, there is no room for a GCPD Surveillance to exist in the game.
  22. Spartan and I jailed NSG as well. Are you told which of your attacks goes to which target?
