Trouble Brewing in Riga's Locker Room?

It seems that Reign GM Mike Szatkowski has been abusing his power in Riga's locker room according to one anonymous source.
 
"He's been making some comments that I believe are crossing the line.  While I don't want to divulge you any further, they may border on sexual harassment." - Anonymous source.  
 
Speculation has started that Szatkowski has been making inappropriate comments towards rookies Phil Villaneuve and Slaeter Fjorsstrom as some sort of rookie initiation.  When we tried to contact both Villaneuve and Fjorsstrom, neither would give us a comment or a confirmation.  
 
However, when Szatkowski was reached, he gave us a statement.
 
"You guys really need to step off and stop bothering me.  I bet whoever gave you that libel statement is some bitter New York douchebag like Christopher Miller or Conner Blow.  In fact, if you don't stop bothering me, I'm going to sue you all." 
 
As it stands, no one in the Riga locker room besides the GM has mentioned whether the story is true or not.  Most have just laughed it off.  We will be following this story closely.

Devise is one of the VHL’s most prominent and most outspoken members.  He is primarily known as someone who writes in multiple paragraphs, rather than a few sentences and for hating shopping malls.  Devise is also better known by the name Device.  I jest of course, he is perhaps best known for his podcasts and helping the New York Americans break their championship curse which plagued the franchise during the middle of the 20s, and the first part of the 30s.  He has also built some memorable players, and is currently representing Express forward Logan Laich.  In the past, he has represented goaltender Skylar Rift and defenseman Rauno Pajari. 
 
Logan Laich was considered one of four can’t miss prospects from the Season 37 Entry Draft.  He was drafted by the New York Americans fourth overall after helping the Bratislava Watchmen capture the Founder’s Cup.  Laich surprised everyone by opting to go straight to the VHL instead of taking an extra year of junior in which he was eligible for.  He made a very quiet VHL debut in Season 37, only putting up twelve points in the regular season.  Despite his mediocre offensive numbers, Laich contributed a physical edge to the Americans, recording over 300 hits in his rookie year to only 46 hits taken.  Laich vowed to improve in his sophomore year, and did, but by just eight points, for a grand total of twenty.  On the hits front, Laich saw a small dip in production, putting up 267 hits to fifty one taken.  He was unable to record a point in six playoff games, which saw the Americans bow out of the playoffs to the Toronto Legion.  In Season 39, Laich moved on to the Cologne Express, traded for two first round picks and a couple players along with Jakub Linholm and two seconds.  In Cologne, Laich embraced his change, putting up a career high 69 points, 350 hits and 55 blocked shots.  Laich was a big part of the Express, and despite not making the playoffs, Laich looked like a new player and should be able to translate that success into Season 40. 
 
Before Logan Laich, Devise represented goaltender Skylar Rift.  Rift didn’t get as many accolades as his goaltending counterparts like Remy LeBeau or Tuomas Tukio, but he did put up fairly respectable numbers such as a 0.923 save percentage and a 2.12 GAA.  He was also a very good/great post-season goaltender, winning two Continental Cups (one in Season 32 with New York and one in Season 35 with Quebec) in just five seasons and won one Founder’s Cup with Yukon in Season 31. Rift also sported a 0.919 save percentage in the postseason, a very good number for the post-season.  Rift’s career only lasted five seasons, but he made the most of it.  In addition to the two Continental Cups, Skylar won the Kanou trophy (Playoff MVP), and the Shaw (Goalie of the Year) in Season 35, the Stolzy (Rookie of the Year) in Season 32, and the Sawchuck (VHLM Goalie of the Year) and Esposito (VHLM Playoff MVP) in Season 31. 
 
Devise’s first player, Rauno Pajari, a centre, was the first round pick of the Riga Reign in Season 24, but didn’t stay there very long.  He was traded two seasons into his tenure with Riga to the New York Americans, and then subsequently traded in Season 29 to the Seattle Bears, where he finished his career.  Pajari put up okay numbers, 356 points in 360 games, but also played just five seasons in the VHL.  Pajari never won a Continental Cup, but put up 22 points in his career in the postseason. 
 
Devise is definitely one of the most recognizable members in the VHL and his podcast is a staple in the VHL.  Logan Laich finally looks to be coming into his own, and could become one of the VHL’s premiere power forwards.

So a while back I told Squinty if he ever joined Riga I would make him an XM Radio because he always loves to read my weird XM radios for some reason. So Squinty, this one is for you even though it is long overdue <3. Sorry I still haven't included you and the other new additions in my sig, but me being superstitious with us winning the games we have so far I feel like if I change it and we lose to Davos it will all be my fault. Anyway Valiq he is a gud player and you should totally recreate so I can draft you on Yukon. You can even stop at 174 tpe if you want . Anyway, thanks again for leaving me all those first round picks when I first joined Yukon as GM, they were nice .
