Congratulations Europe! Didn't expect to even make the medal round but we did and got a Bronze for our efforts. Awesome group of guys *edit and Jaime* and so glad to finally play again with d_a and victor! It's been a while. Actually, I've only ever played with Jason in the world cup haha Tough loss World.. but come on: it was us against the world.

I would cry. But honestly.. we are playing so poorly right now I wouldn't be surprised to see QPR overtake us. They've actually been playing well and are finally out of the bottom for. Regardless, Crystal Palace are my second team now because they are the only team in the prem with cheerleaders!

Amidst all my studying, podcasting, and more importantly, submitting the Writing Submission for the VHL Writing competition, I realized that I PM'ed it to Noah, but cannot actually release it as an article this week. So here is my article for this week: The jock strap lay on the cold rubberized floor, limp and lonely. The Calgary lockerroom was dark and deserted, and the maintenance workers were long gone for the night. Clearly no one had noticed the jock strap's misplaced location at the end of the bench towards the corner of the dressing room. Either that... or no one cared. The steady dripping of water from the showerhead peculated rhythmically and with a precision that could make a metronome feel inadequate. The droplets of water smashed into the stone tiles, sending a resonating echo around the lockerroom. It would be a long night for Jockey. Maybe this time, he thought to himself. Maybe this time I'll be able to move. Tried as he might, he could never seem to get any sort of movement going. The soul was willing but the material was... inanimate. Jockey wanted nothing better than to rid himself of the shackles of his current existence. How could that Bg Cup in the sky think it a purposeful idea to spend 95% of one's existence crammed in some of the most sweaty, odourous, and deliriously revolting hockey bags on the planet, and the other 5% with a mouthful of droopy balls and a phallic-shaped object? Well... no wonder Jockey wanted out.

I swear... he had some hilarious faces. I did almost crack up - but as a result of holding onto a straight face, I think I have internal bleeding in my brain
