I wouldn't say confirmed at all. If it's Mafia pretending to transport, using a hypno to send a message to one party, then having mafia claim transported, it makes for a good ruse.

 

I wouldn't hang up the alleged transporter first, but he goes right up if we get concrete proof it's fake.
