As there were a few punishments last season, we only have 1 this season. Like I said before, we tried something new in the E and made back up games more important. The plan was with more active goalies we wanted them to play more than 8 games and sit the rest on the bench so constituted a 20 game back up rule. This rule has been in the rulebook since it was released. This past season is going to be the last for it as we haven't run into what we suspected was more goalies in the E than actuality. Stay tuned for some rule changes. Whoever the new Oslo GM (stay tuned) will have to play an additional 12 games.
