But yeah no one knows, overall higher TPE players should be a lot better than they were since you can actually gap lower TPE players in key attributes now that we're not all glued to 99. No one can hit 99 SC anymore, and outside of absolute madmen no one will hit 99 DF anymore. So your 99 PA isn't being countered by 99 DF black holes absorbing all your passes.
