Moscow AGM Hiring

Hello,

 

No fancy post, I hired @jacobcarson877 to the M so now I'm AGM-less again. Frankly I'm not totally convinced I'll need one/hire one, but I am curious to see who's interested in the role. Need to do weekly pressers because I am simply too lazy. If you'd like to learn about VHL GM'ing and get more insight into a team's operations, I'm always happy to teach someone who's interested in learning.

Review: 

Moscow is looking for an AGM to learn and post pressers. In this post @Spartan  forgets to thank @jacobcarson877 for his hard work and wishing him the best in his future endeavors. So right off the bat it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. After reading the entire post over a few times the plot seemed to drag on and there was no conclusion as an AGM is yet to be hired. As far as AGM job postings go this one was alright, it didn't make me want to immediately apply but it also didn't completely turn me off to the idea. The main issue here is that the GM is too lazy to make his own press conferences but also is willing to teach an aspiring GM how to trade two first rounders for a top two pick. My biggest gripe with this post though is that it's basically a solicitation for unpaid labour as we all know that AGM's are paid NOTHING. @Beketov it's time to allow AGM's to claim job pay of 1 tpe per week take it to the BOG, I know which way @Gaikoku-hito is voting. I would actually vote against taking 1 TPE is as that would mess up my earning ability as I would have to either do 1 Trivia or 1 review to make up for the extra TPE gained if the AGM actually got paid. Press Conference Bot is 2 TPE and I accept that as my scraps (pay)!! LOL!! I am also forced; I mean allowed to write media spots for the team in the away of Captain announcements; which @Frank does a decently good job at allowing me to do and Awards every season so I think I get enough pay as AGM; not to have to take a single pity TPE every week!!

 

So no I would vote down TPE pay for AGM!!
