I considered putting it up on Sellfy, as I get significantly more in terms of royalties, but there are no reviews there, so Amazon has that edge. On Sellfy, I can just post the awesome PDF I put together, instead of having to rip apart that pdf and html code the whole damn thing to configure for Kindle. Never pursued it but that's exactly how it did it - when I look back at my grade 8 writings, it may be tooooo descriptive.
