Fire Tortorella 2,653 Posted July 31, 2015 Share Posted July 31, 2015 After the way things ended with between this agent's last player, it was a surprise to hear that Brennan McQueen was called by the Seattle Bears. When he joined the team, it seemed that there was some tension. Then the contract negotiations didn't go very smoothly and both sides could only agree to a one year deal. Seattle then traded for Frederick Ernst and GM Greg said that he was very happy to get the player that he wanted in the draft in the first place.. and that other guy McQueen. This season will be spent with the Ottawa Lynx where McQueen will be captaining a strong squad in chase for the championship down there. When Brennan is set to join the VHL next season, it shall be interesting to see what happens with Seattle. At least there's a full season to figure it out! We'll recap when that time comes. The team is in need of another center and the eventual successor to Clark Marcellin. Marcellin is getting up there in age and his experience could be a nice one to help young Davey become a great player. It is significant that they both play the same position and the fact that sitting behind Marcellin and watching his game could eventually make Davey better. This team has a bright future with Chico Salmon and Felix Zamora being two of the top young players on the team. Now pairing Davey with them would be something that could be great for this team and the city. The talent would keep coming in and the rich would get richer. Davey wouldn't mind playing for any of these teams and these are the speculated ones to be watching him and hoping he is available when they pick. They know of the talent, they know of the GM and his success of players he has represented and they want him. Now they aren't going to stress over the fact that they all can't have him or worry about trying to reach for him. If he falls into one of their laps at the right pick, he will have himself a new home playing for one of these three teams Something for Eagles to enjoy.
