Considering the lack of participation we received, I'm going to lower everyone's TPE reward by 1. Just because I can. And even though he went over the budget, I'm going to give evrydayimbyfuglien 1 TPE as well for at least trying to participate. Similarly, DollarAndADream and eaglesfan were both slightly late, so I'll let them have 1 TPE for trying as well.
