Hello,

You are all aware that the Helsinki Titans have been without a GM for sometime now. The lack of applicants originally made it difficult to find a replacement, but we now have someone interested in taking over the franchise.

Former Helsinki Tiitans GM Mitch Higgins has submitted an application with the league to return to the franchise that he led to a cup in Season 34. His application was accepted, and his 2nd player (the one slated to create at the trade deadline) will be his GM player, now property of Helsinki at the expense of an S52 2nd. Seeing as how far out his new player is, this doesn't cause any disruption to other teams draft plans. That said, Higgins will become the GM immediately despite his player not being created yet because of the extraordinary circumstances which have left Helsinki with no GM for a couple of weeks now.

Like I said, this was difficult with the lack of applicants and I wanted to get someone in there as GM asap as isn't fair to the rest of the team to leave them without. Higgins is obviously a great candidate to restore order in Helsinki.
