There's an Update Guidelines thread in each updates forum but it doesn't included the update scale

i think there's an announcement topic type thing that you can apply per-forum coming in the next IPB update so that will be nice to not have to update all those threads.

The update scale as it is new, should be in the new update threads in each teams section. He is correct

I've added the updating guidelines and scale as an announcement that displays at the top of each updating forum for each VHL/VHLM team as well as unassigned update forum.

I also had it in the Updating Guidelines thread in each update forum just a heads up
