With a lot of goalies joining there is 0 reason any team should be running an inactive, regardless of TPE level.

Considering Minnesota has started their inactive in all 7 games over an active 69 TPA "backup". I'd say something needs to be done here.

@Banackock while I don't really think the game thread was the best place for this, Jubo has a point - Minny needs to be playing Conklin, at least until he too is inactive. It's always been the rule. Remember when I GMed Ottawa, and for part of the season I had Chance Matthews (nearly capped) on the 4th line because the guys above him were active? We're always saying this needs to be a thing, and it does. Inactives can be on the lines, but not above actives, TPE or no. I'll send you a discord pm and we can figure this out
