DMaximus 1,046
Welcome to the VHL @Brodie English! Thank you for creating a player and joining this awesome league. As a newly created player, you can choose to play for any minor league team who offers you a spot. Take your time, consider your offers, and pick the team that's best for you. The VHL is a forum-based hockey simulation league where you complete weekly tasks to earn attribute points. Apply your attribute points to improve your player and make a hockey legend! To become a legend, it requires consistent dedication and hard work on your part. If that’s something you can provide, we have a spot for you on the Philadelphia Reapers. If you’re a slacker who accepts mediocrity, find another team to play for. Hi, I’m DMaximus! Current GM of the Year and GM of the Philadelphia Reapers, Season 75 Founder’s Cup Champions! This season we’re looking to reload and win it all again. To do that we need your help! The Reapers have a lot to offer you: we have strong, supportive management team focused on helping you succeed, a fun Discord locker room, and a winning history proven to create winning teams and VHL stars! If you have any questions about anything, ask me in Discord (DMaximus#1871), message me here @DMaximus, or reach out to my AGM @dariusmarimotoman / Bobo#1389 (Discord). We'd love to have you on the team, if you wish to join the Philadelphia Reapers quote this post and say "Fear the Reaper" Bobo 1 Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/98344-s77-c-brodie-english-tpe-60/#findComment-816283 Share on other sites
Doomsday 4,130
Hello @Brodie English and welcome to the VHL! You're just in time for Season 76, which begins tomorrow, and I'd love to get you out there in time for puck drop! I can offer you top six minutes right away, including time on the power play and penalty kill. If playing time is what you want, you'll have lots of opportunities to play in Saskatoon! Additionally, we enjoy a strong reputation for building up quality VHL prospects, making us a great destination to help develop your player. Take the time to review the offers you will be receiving. It's a rare opportunity to choose where you'll be playing in the VHL, so take full advantage and pick the team that can offer you exactly what you want. If Saskatoon is that team, you can join the Wild by quoting this post and replying, "#SaskyBois." Best of luck to you!! - Thomas Landry General Manager of the Saskatoon Wild Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/98344-s77-c-brodie-english-tpe-60/#findComment-816319 Share on other sites
Prout 373
Welcome to the VHL! You joined at a perfect time and will have MANY teams pitch an offer to you ! I’m the assistant general manger for the San Diego Marlins Now that you’ve received some offers let me tell you WHY you should join the San Diego Marlins! For starters we’re coming off a season where we went all in and unfortunately just didn’t get it done. Now that we’re more motivated then before we want to help develop young VHLM players and turn them into future VHL HOF and produce some of the best players that when they go up people know where there journey started with and that will forever be the San Diego Marlins Now that we’ve got some roster space I’m offer 3-2 line minutes with a chance if you keep developing and earning tpe you’ll be having a chance to be on our top line before the end of the season! We have a great LR and will continue to help provide all the help and support needed to let you understand how this league works and how to be a better player on the ice and even off. We look forward to seeing where you decide to go and start your journey. Please take this time to see this message by our General Manger @thadthrasher! If you decide to join our Marlins family please hit the quote button and to respond with #Marlinsterritory So we can get you into the LR to meet our team and get started! rjfryman 1,120
Welcome to the league @Brodie English I am the GM of the Houston Bulls, I can offer you 4th line minutes that can turn into 1st line minutes once the juniors open up, hopefully soon. There are a lot of teams who still have a lot of room in the main squad. So please feel free to wait and see what other offers you get. - rjfryman Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/98344-s77-c-brodie-english-tpe-60/#findComment-816386 Share on other sites
Moderator Ricer13 2,796 Posted January 19, 2021 Moderator Share Posted January 19, 2021 Welcome to the VHL! I am the GM of the Miami Marauders and we only have 4th positions available at this time. This entails only about 3-5 mins of ice a game but nonetheless Miami is an amazing place to learn the ropes of the VHL. Other teams will be offering that may have more ice time available so I understand if you’ll wait to hear everyone out. I am always available for questions via DM. Do not hesitate to reach out. Goodluck in your VHL career. We hope to see you out on the ice. rory 1,916
Welcome to the league @Brodie English!! My name is Rory and I'm the general manger of the Halifax 21st, and we'd love to have you onboard for the S76 season. We're aiming to be a mid-table team but with players like you we can hopefully contend for the Founders Cup! Right now, we can give you second line minutes but with hard work and good earning you can see yourself move up to the first (especially cause our 1C is a natural winger ) To accept this offer and join Halifax, quote this and say "RIDE THE WAVE"!
