  2. **Remember, if you won an award (individual) in either the VHL or VHLM, you are entitled to add 2 TPE for each award won. If you are a co-winner, add 1 TPE for that award. To claim, just link this page to your updates. Updaters will be on the look-out when they update your pages. Team awards do not apply for TPE. Once more, congratulations to the HC Davos Dynamo and Bratislava Watchmen for winning their respective championships. Congratulations to everyone who won individual awards! 4. The time to sign cometh.
  5. Helsinki's All-Star team (Pooper, Change, Watson) signed and delivered. Hopefully HEL G is freed and/or Rock Star gets a respectful sending off.
  6. Devise also didn't update until after the off-season so people still had to add their new contracts if they wanted to make purchases. I don't know when this became a problem.
  7. Players created after the S36 VHLM Dispersal Draft, so ones picked up on waivers last season, don't panic, your player pages are temporarily here: http://vhlsim.invisionzone.com/index.php?/forum/194-unassigned-draftees/ Your update threads are temporarily here: http://vhlsim.invisionzone.com/index.php?/forum/84-unassigned-update-threads/ This is in preparation for the S37 VHLM Dispersal Draft.
  8. Wounded for no mention.
  9. Stormwall *
  10. This needs more attention.
  11. I was hoping it would be about literal cleaning up. Wasn't disappointed. Also, that's a very good theory.
  12. Happy to have acquired you, it really changed my perception of you. Great teammate and a great top line center.
  13. That's what it usually is I didn't move it when season start moved to Monday. It started before draft this time too. Don't like the change at all, it completely goes against the concept of training camp.
  14. Wow. Ummm, I didn't even realise I had such an influence over someone. Probably the main reason for the initial grade hire was that I remember that I was given the grading opportunity really early in my VHL career and took off from there. I guess I wanted to give someone else the same foundation. I'm a bit embarrassed such a massive chunk of this is about me. The reason you've moved up the VHL ladder is because you're such a hard-working member and that should never go unnoticed. And your player is living proof of that. Great career and here's to many more.
  15. Hopefully that scares you whores away.
  16. As mentioned in the awards ceremony, an unpredictable year. 17. I have never done this so slowly before. Clearly it means something is up.... for the winner is.... Helsinki's ETHAN OSBORNE! No surprises here then. Osborne caps off a dominant season with his fourth award and a quarter. Let's see how he does in Seattle and in fact, what happens in all of Season 37. Congratulations to all winners and that's good night from me. Prediction points will be here in a moment, while the old-fashioned awards list will be up tomorrow.
  18. And the winner of the S36 Scotty Campbell Trophy is.... such suspense
  19. Finally, the Scotty Campbell Trophy. Once dominated by goaltenders, in recent times the top scorer has been named league MVP. Nonetheless, LeBeau and Rift are present with strong cases, as is Scott Boulet Trophy winner Odin Tordahl and Cologne's Kameron Taylor, long-time team leader and this season pivotal in the mid-season turnaround and playoff qualification. LEBEAU, Remy 46-14-3, .930SV%, 1.80GAA, 8SO, 1624SA OSBORNE, Ethan 72GP, 65G, 70A, 135P, +45, 34PIM, 80HIT, 81SB, 65.10FO%, 11GWG TAYLOR, Kameron 72GP, 60G, 63A, 123P, +44, 115PIM, 162HIT, 66.29FO%, 8GWG TORDAHL, Odin 72GP, 49G, 57A, 106P, +48, 208PIM, 353HIT, 4GWG RIFT, Skylar 48-13-3, .929SV%, 1.85GAA, 13SO, 1675SA
  20. And the winner of the S36 Daisuke Kanou Trophy is.... Davos' DAVEY JONES! Unexpectedly acquired before the start of Season 36, Davey Jones added depth to the Dynamo squad and this allowed them to ultimately win the Continental Cup. Jones had 5 votes to Tordahl's 3 and Sound's 2, while Lennox Moher, who outplayed Remy LeBeau in Games 5, 6, and 7, received none.
  21. presumption incorrect. Nor was there bias for the write-in for top GM.
  22. No Titans on the Daisuke Kanou Trophy ballot though, which is dominated by Davos players and Toronto defenceman Jack Sound. Unlike some recent seasons, there is no clear-cut favourite here, which emphasises the Dynamo's collective effort and Toronto's quality. JONES, Davey 13GP, 6G, 14A, 20P, +4, 2PIM, 6HIT, 1GWG MOHER, Lennox 8-4-1, .916SV%, 2.23GAA, 1SO, 356SA SOUND, Jack 13GP, 6G, 14A, 20P, +3, 59PIM, 57HIT, 25SB TORDAHL, Odin 13GP, 8G, 7A, 15P, +4, 31PIM, 63HIT, 1GWG
  23. We've reached the MVP section of the ceremony. Prior to that, it's time to congratulate the offensive stars of Season 36. Ethan Osborne (65 goals, 135 points) and Anatoli Zhumbayev (76 goals) blew opposition away in their final seasons with the Helsinki Titans. It wasn't enough for playoff glory, but it was a great season for the duo as they kept a dynasty alive with great individual performances. Will there be more awards for the pair? Ethan Osborne was voted Most Outstanding Player during the week and has his sights set on the big trophy to cap off his career year.
