Who knew about Vasteras?
-
Yeah I have no idea how many years St.Louis has left but it can't be more than two or three at an elite level. If he even plays as well in New York. Good deal for Tampa. Happy with the Hemsky trade.

Bryan goes for the champions. We've got fucking dragons Westeros.

Davos offers: S37: $3 000 000 S38: $3 000 000

To S37 HSK 2nd (17th overall) To (S34) RW - Matteo Gallo I accept. My first draft pick and sadly, one of my best. Nice piece to have last season. I miss my Quik. Sacrifices have to be made.

HC Davos Dynamo Jersey Retirement As the HC Davos Dynamo celebrate a VHL record eighth Continental Cup and seventh since the Season 11 relocation from Omsk, Russia to Davos, Switzerland, there couldn't be a better time to recognise the franchise's previous successes. We would like to immortalise the previous era's accomplishments by acknowledging the achievement and retiring the numbers of two integral Dynamo players from Season 27 and to Season 33. Drafted with the 5th and 6th selections of the important S27 VHL Entry Draft, these two forwards embodied the the HC Davos Dynamo, leading the team to the Season 31 Continental Cup, numerous individual successes, prior to being traded together to the New York Americans for their final seasons as Davos entered a new generation. 504 Games Played | 358 Goals | 429 Assists | 787 Points | +310 | 92 PIM S28 Francis Trophy S29 Francis Trophy S30 Francis Trophy S31 Continental Cup S32 Brett Slobodzian Trophy S32 Mike Szatkowski Trophy S32 Kevin Brooks Trophy S33 Mikka Virkkunen Trophy 7-Time All-Star Phil Rafter is one of the greatest scorers in VHL history, sitting 4th in all-time goals scored and 5th in points at the time of writing. Though these positions were claimed with yet another 100-point Season 34 performance, the bulk of Rafter's accomplishments took place with the Dynamo, where he plied his trade for seven seasons as Davos' top line center. Although Rafter has not yet been inducted into the Hall of Fame in his two first attempts, it is undoubtedly a matter of when and not if. 504 Games Played | 310 Goals | 353 Assists | 663 Points | +295 | 916 PIM | 2321 Hits S27 Christian Stolzschweiger Trophy S28 Terence Fong Trophy S28 Scott Boulet Trophy S29 Terence Fong Trophy S30 Victory Cup S30 Terence Fong Trophy S31 Continental Cup S31 Terence Fong Trophy S31 Scott Boulet Trophy S31 Grimm Jonsson Trophy S32 Scott Boulet Trophy S33 Scott Boulet Trophy 8-Time All-Star Rafter's constant linemate was David Smalling, the greatest two-way forward in VHL history. In his final season with Davos, Smalling set the all-time hits record and consolidated it with another strong performance in New York before being honoured with a first-ballot Hall of Fame induction. Additionally, Smalling's agent and former commissioner David Knight was the Dynamo's GM for just over two seasons, making the final moves to secure the championship of Season 31. An honourable mention is also in order for goaltender Satan, the first overall selection in Season 27 and also a seven-season member of the Dynamo. Davos' continued success would not have been possible without him, but in a franchise where shrines are put up to the talents of Benoit Devereux and Daisuke Kanou, Satan did not quite make the cut to have his number of retirement. Nonetheless, Satan will go down in history as one of the three Davos greats, a list current starter Lennox Moher will aspire to join. Once more, congratulations and thank you to Phil Rafter and David Smalling! :dav: :dav:

Claimed:Cap Control (NA Conference)
Victor replied to CowboyinAmerica's topic in Archived Career Tasks
My strategy was actually more like "Shit, I need to build a good team before Moher and Bentley's (and at the time, Stark's, and now I guess Young's) rookie contracts expire." Which I did. Next season I will have no rookie contracts... -
VHLM Draft will indeed be on Sunday (best time for their GMs and Corco) so chances are season will start on Monday.

Re: Harding, agreed completely. He was on all of my fantasy teams and performing well, such a great story became easily the saddest of the season. I thought I missed something and today was trade deadline. Holy shit, Luongo and Thomas? Hahaha.

Gotta love the quick trade virginity loss. Guess that S38 2nd makes sense for Calgary but it was the worst of Cologne's four... I feel there's a bit of a drop right between 14 and 15.

you won't be though until after this
