I do history, though I've never focused on any of these areas I do have background knowledge out of pure interest. You obviously seem comfortable with USSR but I can definitely help with that as my parents lived there for a long time and my dad in general knows shit and I've kind of come to know it too (plus USSR links with 20th century China which I've studied in depth). Out of option 2, only country I have anything above minimum knowledge about is Italy and I do like Italy so I'd like to think it's fairly decent. So just PM me if you want to.
