  1. You been watching some dodgy stuff @Berocka?
  2. 1. Team isnt performing up to potential What are your thoughts? I'm seeing signs of a turnaround, 2 wins in a row plus a lot more goals from the team recently. The season is long, time to experiment and you don't want to peak this early anyway. 2. 1 week in how is your player performing? Sub optimal start i wont lie, including a major pointless slump. I expect better but like the team it looks like things are improving. 3. We just lost Factor Lee our basically capped #1 D-man. Do you think we can still win some important games? That is unfortunate but it is the way of the world in the M. Lots of developing prospects who can fill the gap and maybe some of his offense will go to the forwards. 4. Chocolate or Candy? It really depends on types. Some chocolate is awful tbh, but some candy is a sick kind of sweet. Gotta be more specific here, refuse to give more detail without my attorney. 5. Who do you think is our biggest rival to this point? i like Mexico City for geographical proximity, feels like a good ol battle in the sunshine. 6. If you could take a vacation anywhere in the world where would it be? If I had to up and go at any one moment, it would be Italy or Switzerland, or New Zealand. For the views.
  3. Vase Trikamaki (S11-S16) - 634 TPE Lars Berger (S17-S24) - 1,104 TPE Alexander Chershenko (S27-S34) - 1,273 TPE Matt Bentley (S35-S42) - 1,221 TPE Greg Clegane (S45-S52) - 908 TPE Podrick Cast (S61-S68) - 1,635 TPE Vladimir Pavlov (S67-S74) - 1,404 TPE Rara Rasputin (S75-S82) - 1,211 TPE This appears to be 9,390 plus 250 ish with Del Rocco so far, looks like I have a milestone of matching you to look forward to soon.
  4. BuT wHaT aBoUt CaRrYoVeR??
  5. 3 points but San Diego losses, get Del Rocco back off the scoreboard.
  6. Yeah Prague needs to commit to a colour, rest are solid.
  7. Still think you should have got the Stolzy as well just for that achievement (I think I voted for you)
  8. This has always been a big part of the appeal, I've definitely improved and lots of others have said the same (especially in the grading days).
  9. Interesting read and the same conclusion I have reached through compiling career stats. Interestingly, some of these guys debuted pre attribute change so presumably rookie seasons are now even worse for the more recent 9 season players which is even more of a turn off. For some info not in the public domain, Pearce is actually the only one currently on the HOF ballot (whether he makes it or not remains to be seen). This will be the first season Fuhr and Sundin are eligible but I wasn't planning to add them (and Fuhr I thought was a slam dunk around S88 or so before he slowed down) so interesting that they're the ones you have coming out as the best of the group.
  10. Although it's easy to blame the lack of forum content, tbf you had nearly 10 years of posts to search through in some of your other articles This is key for me, he was such a trooper and a real steal with Nate, I'm glad he enjoyed even more success with Brendan.
  11. Does this make us the favourites? I don't like the pressure.
  12. Well no cause that's the job of the writer.
  13. It is probably a real measure of something but not the answer to the question this MS poses
  14. It's the magical healing powers of W.
  15. Ottawa's loss is San Diego's gain.
  16. San Diego Marlins, Gianfranco Del Rocco - Shot Misses the Net I take full blame for our first L

    San Diego making waves
  18. Need a new members tag to direct them to this advice.
  19. Yeah Seattle GM player. I actually have a spreadsheet on Drive I made for someone towards the end of the GM player rule so I should just stick that in the HOF. The stat on Jannula being 3rd in defencemen scoring is interesting and I wonder why that wasn't picked up on back then (I think stats were compiled for the first time before S20 and the 3.5 seasons as forward mistake shouldn't have been made when it was still in living memory). I suspect it's because he was one of the first defencemen to play 8 seasons because very few people played 8 seasons back then (carryover was heavily weighted to encourage retiring after 6 and 7, especially 6). Just like Milo from your last piece, Jannula always pops up if I'm looking through the stats as the best without a HOF tag next to him. So the name remains in my mind. I think with this season's smaller ballot and I think just 1 new name being added, maybe it's time for a campaign. But your point on needing to really convince the BOG is key, I'm hesitant to re-add players who then won't get enough traction. It took a monumental effort to get Chouinard in and I thought he was very clear cut AND had all his single season stats available.
  20. 1. New season, new GM, new roster. What are your thoughts on this roster? - looks nicely balanced, good mix of new and old members and different quality players - looking forward to how we grow as a team 2. Lots of players which may mean not as much ice time. What are your thoughts on the minimal ice-time? - It's for the greater good of the team winning games and progressing further, although hopefully I'm not at the very bottom of the depth chart 3. What are your goals for this season? - Have a good season, get to know new people, and hopefully progress far in the playoffs 4. What is your favorite part of San Diego - the KVWN channel 4 studio of course 5. What is better: Passing or Scoring? - Scoring all the way, pass me the puck I'll do the rest 6. If you were the GM of the Marlins what is one move you would make right now? - Maybe add some more top end quality so there is more for the youngster to bounce off / learn from, otherwise looks like the team will progress well anyway. Also maybe another defenceman.
