Player changes once every 9-10 seasons, Team could change a lot more often. Not saying I disagree with having it as an option, but I could see an argument against it for that reason.

Just normalizes season by season scoring since S58. Assigns each season a ratio depending on how much higher or lower it is than average. Basic era-adjustment stuff.
