For players, personally think it's a Lavelle and Payne first ballot but spent more time musing over Johansson and Voss. Both are in the same bracket as some of the other guys on the ballot (Welch, Nilsson, Nalwa) so a culling may be in order, or at least a ranking of those. Reinhart probably needs to go.

 

Johansson has the 4th most assists ever. Behind Campbell, Singh, and Labatte, which is pretty wild. Not sure if there's enough otherwise though.

Voss probably has the more typical case, even with just 7 seasons, but the real kicker is playing 7 playoff series and winning none.

Lavelle and Payne are the easy ballot this time, but I think Johansson needs to make it in eventually, whenever we have a weaker retirement class, just based on volume.

I was going to suggest RJ for builder, you don't mention his scouting stuff but that was huge for a lot of new members. Him being gone is definitely cementing it for me.
