The Helsinki Titans are heading for a new season and a lot of new names on the roster. We look strong again like always as Jubo and Blade finds a way to draft strong and keep the team full of great people and competitive players. There is a positive feel like always in the locker room as we are building up again to getting back to the finals as we have twice in the last few seasons of VHL hockey. As the goalie I am at the point where my build is where I have wanted it to be for a long time and feel like I can be a top goalie for the rest of my seasons ahead. We have some of the best players in the league with names like Ola Vikingstad, Valtteri Vaakanainen, Patrik Laine, Spencer Elby, Emi Rune, Erik Summers and so on and a player that can make a run for the top rookie Dan Dan. Lets get hype Titans!

New draft and new players to welcome to the team. Welcome to Helsinki our 4 new players. Odinsson will be on our blue line this season and as the goalie I am happy to have another dman protecting our zone.

1- most excited to work with the new faces on D. We have always drafted well. 2- keep the good D prospects coming 3- making saves and winning games again. I have been dreaming about it. 4- lots of yoga and stretching exercises 5- sports video games 6- It is exciting to see Helsinki be an even better place to be. It was already a great place as it was.

Titans hockey is back after the off season and that means a new look roster. The roster has many changes most notable the retiring player Hiroshi Okada and Jared Spaz who will be missed a lot. The goaltending duo is the only part of the team that remains untouched as Driver and Poremba return as a strong 1 and 2. 6 rookies are in the lineup so far. Those players are Dan Dan, Vick Fairchild, Victor Foles, Gustav Hjalmarsson and Kate Upton. 3 forwards and 3 d. Most anticipated rookie is Dan Dan who is an expected rookie of the year candidate. Vick Fairchild could also have a big season. It is not easy at this time of the off season to judge where a team will fall in the standings of each conference. Helsinki looks again like a playoff contender. Moscow seems to be their toughest competition. Lets go Titans!

I did not know who the sim person was and dont actually have a problem with Devise. Please send me a PM as I want to bring attention to a different issue with the sim process. Nobody is surprised you are supportive of resim’s. A guilty mind is very telling.

Lines are delicate in hockey. The big problem was Moscow got a free 2 game look at how their lines matched against Helsinki. Losing both games would have given the Moscow gm the insight to change lines and give them a different outcome. Helsinki on the other hand would see the two wins and not make changes. There is a domino effect here.

Win 5 of 9 only to lose the series. Good look VHL. Are we going to look at whoever the sim person was to step down after this atrocious blunder? Good luck the rest of the way for those who moved on. A sad finish to what was a great season. I’ll be pulling for the Chicago Cinderella run. They have a tough road against a good DC team.

spent some time to put more effort in to the graphic. Is that why my tpe was being held up? And can it be approved soon? We are playing first round playoffs so I want to add to driver.

The Helsinki Titans finished first place in the European Conference and will play the winner of the tie breaker series between London United and Moscow Menace. It will be a good first round series for Helsinki no matter who they play. London and Moscow both fought hard all season and were above Helsinki at different points of the season. (Edit: It will be Moscow. I had written this before the game happened). Helsinki heads into the playoffs looking for their 3rd straight run to the finals and hope the third time is the charm in getting them the cup. The season was special in many ways and the players in Helsinki are very excited and pumped up for the start of their post season adventure. Time will only tell when the Titans get to hit the ice for game 1, but they will for sure be ready whenever that time comes. With names like Vikingstad, Vaakanainen, Laine, Spaz, Elsby, Summers, Driver and the list goes on, Helsinki looks prepared to have a superb showing.

@DollarAndADream My graphics are all part of a series for the team. In this case I started adding a prospect tag where as before the last 2 I had not done that. My graphics have all the required parts for a graphic to be acceptable under the guidelines. I would have to disagree with what is being said here and mentioning this being a doubles week does not make any difference.

This is for a forward in the Helsinki prospect system that looks to make a jump soon and join the Titans. He has promise of lighting the lamp for us for many seasons @Suzuki14
