S68 VHLM Awards I want to start off by congratulating this seasons Founders' cup champions, the Houston Bulls, on an incredible campaign led by an incredible person. This franchise was one of the aftermath effects of the VHLM expanding and to be honest, still has one cool logo that I want to represent one day. Many great players on the team and amazing members that contribute to this site in more ways than one. Congrats! You are the champions. Moving forward, congrats to everyone else - from GM's, to members, to the mystical, twisted man who sims our league @Devise and the trusty left hand, @diamond_ace. Despite being a little more quiet, you can see growth and strength in almost every spot you look in the VHLM. I have a feeling next season is going to be one to look out for. Until then, congrats on the season - enjoy the awards, likely the crazy off-season both leagues are about to have and keep on making the league a great place to spend time kicking ass doing the shit we love with the people we like. @VHLM Commissioner If you won an award you can claim 2 TPE. S68 VHLM Changes Some minor changes to bring to you. Click the spoiler below to check them out. To touch on them a bit: VHLM TPE Restriction - with everything else moving up, teams getting bulky up top, it makes sense. This is a minor change. The old rule was not being able to be above 200 TPE until after the VHLM cut-off deadline. Now the total is 250 and you are officially good to start earning above the old limit if you plan to be eligible for the VHLM next season. Reminder, you can hit 250 prior to the cut-off deadline but may not pass that mark prior to or on the day of the deadline if you wish to stay in the VHLM. If you hit 251 before, you move up immediately the next season. Releasing Players & Inactivity Rule - Here we're changing the inactivity rules to be a little different than the VHL. With the turnover being so extreme and with the amount of new players we can see in an entire season, it's important that are teams and their space for rosters are being effectively controlled. Shortening the period in which a player is deemed inactive and giving the team the power to open up that space to a new, active member looking for a home is absolute key. VHLM Free Agency - Whats new? Well, for starters - you can trade Free Agents. That's new. You can cash in and get whatever the market value is for your FA's. There's no change to how many are allowed on a teams roster at any one point. Teams are not allowed to have more than 1 active FA on their rosters, ever. Any move to make them do so will be void. Essentially, teams have 2 Active FA slots. One for signing an FA and one for trading for one or trading one away (not both, only one trade either way). Examples: You can sign a FA and then trade him or you can trade for one. TWO reminders... You can not have more than one active FA on your team at one time and Inactive FA's are still not allowed. Commissioners Cup - Addition to the rules. Very minor. Draft is currently ongoing for that as we speak. Thank you, Thank you @VHLM Commissioner @VHLM GM @Commissioner

I voted Rayz Funk because without him we wouldn't of won the cup Ill give Thompson this vote as a tribute to his FA decision making skills amazing season and career. TBF, Adding Thompson to Seattle lets say... well that move likely SHOULD give them the cup on paper.. but lets be real here for a second, as ADV says 13 times in his podcast, we would have lost in 4 to Toronto, R1 with Thomson. He'd of scored 75 regular season goals and would have gotten 1 assist and be a -7 in the playoffs for us in 4 GP.
