Work + life have been somewhat busy and exhausting lately. I told you that your name was tossed around and thought was given as you had ties there but it didn’t make sense. You literally had a BoG thread about you being fired from your VHL job Because you couldn’t find the time or commit.. and now I’m gonna go and hire you into a role that requires GM’s to be active for the purpose of retention in a league that is crucial to developing new members... How does any of this make sense? 1. gets fired or “stepped down” for not having enough time or doing his role fully.. 2. Gets hired days later into a role that requires time and such. Its literally nothing against you. You honestly need to let go of your ego, man.. I thought I explained this. If your activity continues as it was, you’re aren’t wrong on your final statement though. I think most would agree.

Mississauga Hounds GM Announcement As everyone knows, @GustavMattias was fired from his role. Only pulling your strings. He was promoted to the VHL into the HC Davos job. His time with Mississauga as everyone knows was good. I don't need to heavily get into it. One of the best LR's, strong producer of good members and just a good guy and M GM. You'll be somewhat missed. Our goal is to try and continue on the strong vibes of the locker room and team name. To me, the Hounds are a very strong brand and "feeling" right now in the VHLM and that's important for us to continue. It's key to have the Hounds still feel and be the Hounds, just with someone new at the helm. This situation is a little crazy and seems weird that we did it, but we're 110% confident in this move - in this person and are happy that things ended up how they are now ending. We have decided to move @Berocka from his current role as Halifax 21st GM and have him slot in to the Mississauga Hounds GM role. We're very happy to say that moving forward, the Hounds are going to be led by a fellow pup that has now matured into this wonderful beast of a Hound. Get em Aussie man!

I just like how people whined when I used very minor TPA comparisons last playoffs and now this big, amazing article comes out showing a much more evolved result than I was. I agree and love this shit. Thanks for doing it man.

This actually isn't true. If you go on Discord you will see me saying stuff like "omg who pinged me using the @everyone tag" and "omg.
