  1. Too be fair, as I believe your player is Canadian. It may be best to stay there! I've updated the above with an eligibility list and your player is much higher there than Europe I BELIEVE
  2. When new members join, they may not know that their country or nationality do play a significant role sometimes in the VHL. Some simply put Canada or the US possibly because that's where they're from or it's generic and leave it at that. This affects your chances at playing in the World Cup and WJC and ultimately and obviously determines which team you will play for. Sometimes, spreading the love isn't a bad thing. ? For the World Juniors, take a look at where your country will have you play: WJ Nationalities/Teams Eligibility List AS OF RIGHT NOW: S66 Eligibility Link Now, If any 1st gen members (members on their first ever player) wish to change their nation, they are able to do so for the next 72 hours. This topic will be locked Saturday, May 18th at 8PM EST. Please note, this change will be permanent and can only be done now - not in the future. @Commissioner @DilIsPickle @Radcow (WJC Commissioners) Sorry for the tag below to those who this isn't relevant to. Best way of tagging many without having to use the well received "Members" tag.

  9. May 13th to 19th - Press Conference Questions --> (3 Answers for 1 TPE) *You only have to answer 3 - more are listed for variety and preference. 1. What are your thoughts on Seattle right now? 2. Who are some key players moving forward in Seattle's rebuild? 3. What are your thoughts on the next VHL draft? Who do you think the Bears should target? 4. What team is surprising you this off-season? 5. Who wins the cup? Who is the losing team? 6. Predict your statistics for the seasons end. Are you happy with those numbers? @Spade18 @Walter Fizz @leafssteen @Elhandon @Dangles13 @hockeyis66

  15. To touch lightly on the subject, it was nonsense what I put the GM's through. However, it is my player and I like to keep things unique and different on here. Something with these sites that can be killers is the same old same and what you once enjoyed becoming stale. Stark ended up going to Ottawa and it was actually amazing and fun to watch - see the views climb and the votes rake in. It was, for the most part, fun for myself and really happy the league confirmed my beliefs in being amazing (member wise). Prior to joining Ottawa, the team was 2-1-1 to start the season, outscoring in those games combined 10-6. Since joining, Ottawa has climbed the ranks - going 7-0-0 and outscoring opponents 30-9. The teams impressive and quickly Ambrose is climbing the Defensemen point charts. Currently, he sits 7th with 9 points in 7 games played (3-5 less games played than those above and below him in the current Top 10. "It was tough to say no to the GM's and maybe the choice that was chosen, wasn't the choice I would have actually made. Saskatoon would have been great - as would of Philly. I like both GM's, respect both people and enjoy both teams. The issue I had with them, while being stacked and what not, they were full. Sure, they did promise top time and all the great stuff, but they were stacked. There's the chance I'd maybe have been bumped down. Whether that's true, who knows. Ottawa had a puzzle being built and I felt as though heading there could help them complete it or at least get them close to it. I've been having a lot of fun in the VHLM and I actually find it crazy that we still have some old, grumpy members who don't like the VHLM. It's buzzing. It's a lot of fun and it's definitely HEAVILY improved over the last good while." +1 Ambrose Stark
  16. 4 for Smirnov, 2 for Kovalchuk and 0 for Seattle. DECENT
  17. @Walter Fizz
  18. I'm a member of Calgary again. The last time I was a member of Calgary, my first player on the VHL would soon pass into retirement and pretty much destruction. Blake Campbell, now GM of the Bears , was a pretty solid net minder, had a great start in Stockholm, walked out on @boubabi for FA, joined I believe NYA and won a continental and the Shaw. After that, I think they couldn't afford me If I remember correctly and they sent me to @Positivefan036 and would soon dwindle (very, very quickly). Now I'm under @Bushito and the hour glass was flipped upside down. The team is much stronger than the first time I wore the Wranglers jersey (yippee). Smirnov has 7 goals, 12 points through 13 which I'm not thrilled about but not overly upset either. I figured he'd pay somehow with his incredible rookie season. Atleast he's hitting and playing a full game too. Kovalchuk has 15 in 13 games, 39 hits and 24 shots. He's playing good puck and could very well be on his way to another trophy filled season. His slow was starter and his play has picked up. WOO! +2 Kovalchuk
  19. DAMN! GG Climbing the ranks
  20. Best of luck in Moscow. Go Moscow > Malmo!
