  1. 1. Yes I think we can definitely make it back to the finals and with Galvins on the team now we should be able to win the cup. 2. Seems like a solid return but then again I have no idea, but we got a lot back in the trade. Hockley Mann has a great hockey name so I'm guessing he's pretty good. 3. Great question. Galvins brings goal scoring and playoff experience along with tremendous size and a great two-way game. He's a fantastic addition and Vancouver fans will be thrilled with this trade. 4. Hard to say, but I'm sure our GM's will make the best moves to put us in a position to win it all. 5. Conditional trades are good if they work out for you 6. In an alphabetical list of words!
  2. 1. I would say I'm not surprised Vancouver made it but maybe a little surprised Davos did, that said they are a real good team so I guess I'm not that surprised. 2. Well it's over now and Davos won but I was thinking Vancouver would take it cuz Brian Payne is a beast. 3. I'd probably say Nico, because other people above said him and I don't really know what's going on. 4. Brian Payne, dude is a stud, played him with in Warsaw for years, always the best D on the ice. 5. Again I will say Brian Payne but I'm sure others would be deserving of this title. 6. Being new to the team I don't know who was underplayed but of course Frank should pay everyone more.

  4. After playing his entire career for the Warsaw Predators, 504 games, Girts Galvins has been traded to the Vancouver Wolves is his final season! A big change for Girts as he moves from the European Conference to the North American Conference. After missing the playoffs in Warsaw the last couple seasons Galvins is excited to join a cup contender who made it to the finals this past season and he's also thrilled to be rejoining his longtime teammate from Warsaw and Bratislava Brian Payne! The two are well known as a dynamic duo synonymous with success and championships so this is a great move for Vancouver. Galvins finishes up his time in Warsaw with 505 points in 504 games, good for 234 goals and 274 assists, including a goal scoring title in S86 along with a Cup in S84 where he posted 25 points and 11 goals in 20 playoff games. He completes his Warsaw career as 5th all time in goals and 6th in points. Pretty sweet. Last season he had a strong year leading Warsaw in scoring with 37 goals and 74 points. He'll look to continue his goal scoring in Vancouver and hopefully once again be clutch in the playoffs! Girts would like to thank all his teammates in Warsaw for all the great memories, we had a lot of good runs and strong teams. He will never forget that championships in S84 and would like to thank his two GM's during his time in Warsaw @dlamb and @N0HBDY for all their help. Wishing Warsaw the best in the future!
  5. Thanks for all your help, will always appreciate you! Best of luck with everything!
  6. 1. I usually eat. 2 I don't walk into a gym, I walk away from a gym. 3. I would play Sakamoto even more, obviously! 4. Some are yes, others are not. Skyrim is art. 5. I'm not a big reader, can't remember the last book but Hobbit is my favorite. 6. Yes, I played defense in high school. Was kind of a goon.
  7. 1. I think we made some good additions and despite losing 4 of a our key players to retirement and trades we should be able to compete for the playoffs. 2. I think we will finish in the final playoff spot in the conference. 3. Hmm best off-season moment was probably celebrating the cup after the season we won it here in Warsaw. 4. Yes I'm still here, was some rumblings of a potential trade but I'm happy to continue with the team that drafted me. 5. Yes, Warsaws house of pork has some good menu items, pulled pork is my favorite. 6. Fall because Hockey starts and you have football going and baseball playoffs.
  8. 1. There's a lot of good ones but I really like the look of the DC Dragons, Malmo Nighthawks, Riga Reign, Warsaw Predators and Helsinki Titan is a classic. 2. #13 because it's Galvins number on the Latvia national team 3. The next VHLM franchise will be the Yellow Knife Yeti's Questions: 1. Who is your pick for NHL Conn smythe? 2. How many goals Connor Bedard will have as a rookie? 3. Vancouver getting a good one! Best of luck @Scurvy
  10. 1. I don't think any teams should relocate or rebrand, but from looking around at branding perhaps Los Angles Stars could use some updating. That said I like their branding and really have no basis for saying what I said lol. 2. I think some people were surprised that Seattle didn't hang on to win the cup given their experience but certainly was a good series. 3. I have no idea who's in the draft so I will be lame and say whoever is a recreate with the most tpe. Questions: 1. If you could play for any other VHL team who would it be? 2. Who will win the respective cups in the VHL/VHLE/VHLME next season? 3. Mustard or Mayo?
  11. 1. I don't really know the history of the league that well, but from a quick look into record books, I'll go with Scotty Campbell, Benjamin Glover and Lord Karnage. 2. I am a big Latvian power forward goal scorer, 6'6" and drive the net with one goal in mind, scoring. 3. I'd probably go with Banff Grizzlies. -- Questions: 1. How did your player do this past season? 2. Biggest surprise from these NHL playoffs? 3. Who's the best linemate you ever played with in your VHL career?
  12. I've had the honor of playing my entire career so far with two Warsaw Predators legends in Brendan Marner and Zach Kisslinger II. Both of these greats laced up their skates for the final time in the last regular season game of Season 88. They deserved to have one more playoff run but it was not meant to be, yet they went out with incredible seasons and we honor them today. Brendan Marner posted 106 points, 45 goals and 61 assists for his 4th consecutive 100+ point season to end his career, absolutely incredible. The guy is an MVP candidate every year it seems and has been a huge leader in Warsaw. For his career as a Predator he has a gigantic 685 points in 504 games including a Victory Cup in S85 along with multiple other awards. It's been an absolute pleasure being his linemate these past few seasons and I will never forget it. Zach Kissingler II put up another huge season this year for the Predators posting 78 points, 36 goals and 42 assists to close out an awesome career of consistent high scoring dominance. Kisslinger has a ridiculous total of 736 points in 576 games, which to be honest really blows me away. Just a superstar performance from start to finish. He also was part of the S85 Victory Cup team and is an absolute legend. Truly and honor to play with both these guys and I will always remember them. Much respect to my longtime teammates on incredible careers! @MetalToday @Kisslinger
  13. 1. Yes I think he can and he will, but it will take just over 3 seasons to complete. 2. I loved Tie Domi as a kid, was a big fan of tough guys in hockey which is now kind of a lost art. 3. Would love to visit Iceland, just seems really cool there and unique landscape. Questions: 1. Who wins the cup in the NHL? 2. Who will win the conn smythe on the above team? 3. What's your favorite TWO pizza toppings in combination?
