Could be based on teams though, like dan said there's a lot of 600-900 tpe players, so not many people higher than that who would stand out on teams. Looking at teams like Riga, they have a lot of talent, but still no 100 point scorers, but a team like Davos with 300 tpe 2nd liners had 2 100 point scorers, so seems like what team you play on will factor largely into this.
