The new system is different than the old but we all earn more skill points as we play games there are certain thresholds that unlock bonus points as far as total amount of flex needed to max your player that depends on position and if you are using your free player or not. The most important thing is boosting the skill point up which has the same cost as your creation so for instance 100 FP for a position is 100 FP per boost.

We have over 1 million in free cap space right now. The thing about maxing salary contracts we don't have any "super star" players and not everyone picked 3 abilities that increase their salary we should be fine this season.

We still need a punter and cornerback if anyone else wants to join us. I have extra flex points to fill out the team if we need it. Also still looking for people who want staff positions.

Good job I'm going to be sending everyone high contracts instead of medium it helps with team chemistry which apparently matters.

I sent out a bunch of contracts but I need everyone's usernames if you haven't gotten contract offers yet. We got to do this quick so we can fill out the roster with non VHLers for any gaps. Also need people who want to take on roles helping like Assistant GM to help sign people, Offensive Coordinator Muffins said he wanted to do, Need Defensive Coordinator, and someone who wants to do Special Teams (just fix their depth chart) anyway I'll do anything that no one else wants to do.

Got the team its official need to get everyones player name or username probably should have done this before too. Edit: We also need a team name and colors for now its dark red/white and Victory Hockey League is our team name.

They are coming out with a despicable me movie just for the minions I'm pretty excited.

This is just my best guess but hopefully when the servers roll over for the night new teams go out and all that stuff gets taken care of. That means if all goes according to plan when I get up tomorrow there will be a team for me to invite people to by no means is this a guarantee but I hope.
