It looks like new teams will be coming out in about a week I'll keep everyone posted. If people want to run offense/defense or whatever let me know. We will also likely need someone who is in charge of recruiting other GLB players onto our team to fill spots that VHL players don't take. We can also use this opportunity to try to bring new people to the VHL.

Also Trifecta what is your deal man randomly attacking people take it down a notch. As for SEA and SF they have been in an absolutely perfect situation their team was already built well (SF had what 9 pro bowlers) but because their QBs are on rookie contracts they only had to pay them in the neighborhood of 400-600k this season. Once they get renegotiated contracts in the 15+ mil per season range expect those teams to take a hit personnel wise elsewhere and have to rely on late draft picks to pick up the pieces. Think back to Big Ben in Pittsburgh he was the youngest QB ever to win the super bowl I believe. Rookie contract with a good run game helped by the classic great Steeler D. Luck in INDY is another example of teams being built well right now but with the new CBA if you have an above average QB come in and a good supporting cast you can go places. There are other examples but Luck/Kap/Wilson/Big Ben before are four examples in recent history.

Quick FAQ about GLB from the forums http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/forum/thread/5135141 What is an "experienced" player? When you create a player, you can choose the "experienced" option. This will award the player all the XP and skill points he would need to catch up to the current season's Rookie players. This way, you can create a player at any time and not fall behind. However, you will miss out on playing the games you missed. You do not have to use this option, but it is recommended for most new players. Note that if you use this option, the player will also not receive any XP from any games he plays the same day he was created. Basically if you make an experienced player now you miss a season as I said. So we don't want that if you go experienced you make yourself a year ahead of time but play for one less season we aren't doing to do that.

You also get 1 season less on your player and hit decline 1 season earlier. No benefit IMO if everyone else heads into S2 on the team as a rookie.

Hoping for rookie don't do the whole experienced player thing yet anyone.

That's great I wasn't sure if all players got it or not. Boosting free players is also free so everyone in the VHL who wants to join should be able to make 1 player for the team for free if they want.

Well I'm not sure what happens when you sign up for the first time they do give a "free player" not sure if that's for all users or for older vets like myself. Players need to be boosted every season to maximize your player while it doesn't cost much to "boost" you have to do it every season to be at the top level of players. To get more flex points for boosting you need to spend money but you can earn more for free by recruiting new people. If you intend to really do this I suggest posting a recruitment link on your own facebook/twitter/other social media accounts to get friends to signup. Even if they don't ever really do it for a long time or get interested in it if they create a player and join a team or whatever the requirements are you get free flex points for recruiting. EDIT: Basically it comes down to this if you can make 1 elite player its better than making a bunch of shitty ones that will be at the minimum.

We got somewhere around 10 days I only plan on making a team if enough are interested otherwise we could probably mass join some random team.

Whoever contributes the most can also become a coordinator OC/DC/ST I dont even know if there are other roles for new sim.

Important to mention that the old site goallineblitz.com carries over any flex points you had before. Meaning go back to the old site and retire any players you might have left over to get more flex points for the new site. I also believe you can make players on both from the same pool w/o losing. Meaning if you make a player on the old site the new site would have the higher flex point amount still.
