Wrike Chyrnoble - G - Rookie Profile [1/2]
Greg_Di replied to Savoire Faire's topic in Archived Career Tasks
Review: Was great reading your scouting profile. That experience and goalie IQ will come soon! You have been playing great this season! Definitely a goalie to watch out for! -
Review: Great rookie profile, Scouting notes were great and good to see Funks Strengths and Weaknesses. Well done! Great up and coming goalies!

Review: Really funny Bio. I would maybe add a few more pictures to flesh it out and maybe add a little more backstory on his hockey history. I counted 1013 words which is cutting it close but still enough for the full 10tpe. I would also maybe space out the paragraphs a little more to make it easier to read. Well done!

Bobby Butthole Bio [In Progress] [2/2]
Greg_Di replied to Bobby Bummhole's topic in Archived Career Tasks
Review: This bio is only 593 words. Bio's need to be 1000 words. I would add pictures to this bio as well as some quotes. You have a good start but you should expand more on his childhood growing up in Armenia. You could also add some history on his high school years. Great start and looking forward to the update @Bobby Bummhole -
Close game! Unfortunate but we will get them next time

The San Diego goalie showed up late to practice yesterday and was asked to go home . Practice was scheduled for 11am but Eagles showed up at 11:30am. It is rumored Eagles was out late the night before partying at an Armin Van Buuren Rave. "We're probably going to fine him, this is unacceptable " The Marlins GM said. " We need our goalie to be here on time and ready to practice. We know his young and wants to party but there has to come a time where he makes a choice of being professional or being reckless and we hope he makes the right choices going forward" Eagles, was back on the ice with his teammates today for practice, but the goalie did not talk to reporters. Eagles is known for being open to reporters and always speaking with them, but today he just ignored and stormed by them. It is yet to be seen if this was a one off incident or if this continues. We hope for the sake of Eagles that he smartens up and starts showing up on time.

San Diego Marlins Press Conference
Greg_Di replied to InstantRockstar's topic in Team Press Conferences
1. How well do you think your individual performance is going? Do you feel like it's contributing enough to the team? 2. Do you think San Diego can hold up being a top three team in the league, or was it a big fluke? 3. Do any of the Marlins surprise you based on their performance? If so, who and why? 4. Other than the Marlins, rank your top 3 favorite teams and why (nothing crazy, sentence or two) 5. What could the VHLM do as "improvements" to enhance the members experience while in the minors? 6. Why did you choose your player render (if you have one), any meaningful significance? 1) So far so good, have had more good games then bad. A few I could have played better to help us getting an extra win or two but overall I am happy with my contribution to the team 2) I think we can hold up, we have been playing well. Everyone is contributing and we have been gelling well. 3) Everyone has been solid and chipping in and Tate has been a big surprise since his switch and has helped the team nicely 4) In the whole league (VHL/VHLM) I would have to say Toronto, Mississauga and Calgary. I live in Ontario so Toronto/Mississauga would be cool and Calgary just because they are a Canadian team. I know Ottawa is in the league but being a Leafs fan I don't think I could play for them 5) I don't think I would change anything, I would only maybe add a practice facility for VHLM as well. Never hurts to get a few extra TPE 6) I do not have a render yet, still thinking about who I want to represent Eagles -
Great game by the team, poor showing by me!

Another solid win, great offensive production!

EAGLES INTERVIEW AFTER 20 Interview with Greg Eagles Hello Readers! This week we sat down with the San Diego Marlins goalie Greg Eagles for a one on one interview. We talked about the season so far and the Marlins surprising start to the season. NS: Hello Greg, Thank you for taking the time to sit with us today. We have been following you all season and we are excited to once again discuss how the current season is going! GE: Hey New Sreportski! Very excited to be here again. NS: So let's start off with the first question, how do you think you have been playing so far in your first season? GE: I think I have been playing well, I mean there is always room for improvement but in my first season so far I have some decent stats and have helped my team win. Sure there have been instances where I had some bad games and let in soft goals but it's all a learning experience and the team has been very supportive NS: Those stats are pretty impressive, so far you are 5th in the league in Save percentage with a .893 and 7th in GAA with a 2.87. Can you tell us a little bit about how you plan on improving? GE: Well right now in practice I am really focusing on my reaction times. I have been pretty slow reacting in the first 20 games and it has lead to some bad goals. So that is my main focus and after that I believe I will be working on my skating and agility. NS: What do you think of the Marlins play so far this season? GE: I think we have been great, we have surprised many teams. No one thought we would be 4th in the league but here we are. Our GM has been great in putting together the team and the lines. Our forward line has been led by Tannahill, Marleau and Clarkson, they have been playing amazing and the defense has been anchored by Tate and Sparrow who have been solid on both ends of the ice. Everyone else has also been chipping in. Right now we have a great locker room chemistry and everyone is playing to their full potential. NS: With the Marlins playing so well have the objectives changed for the season? GE: I don't think so, our main objective was to make the playoffs this season and we are still aiming for that goal. Once we reach that goal, obviously the objective will change to focus on winning it all but right now we only have one objective. NS: I noticed that you also have 2 points on the season which is usually rare for a goalie, can you tell us a little about that? GE: I always try to get involved anyway I can, I have been practicing passing with goalie sticks since I was a young kid and this has come in handy this season. I love being able to contribute offensively while also helping out by keeping the pucks in the net. Eagles with the assist NS: Thank You Greg, That is all the time we have this week. We look forwarding to keeping up with the Marlins and you as the season progresses . GE: Thanks New! With the interview over, all we have left to ask here at the Wroclaw Times is will these Marlins continue playing well and have a miracle season? All our of readers hope so and we wish them all the best of luck the rest of the season. We will also be rooting for Greg to earn his first ever shutout, when he does you can be sure we will be covering that story! Until next time! New Sreportski

Review: Great Bio, Great Length. I liked the backstory, really shows that type of person RJ is. I would add some more pictures and maybe fix a few errors (e.g " singing in the VHLM ", this should of been signing in the VHLM, unless he had a career singing the anthem ). Well done!

Review: Great biography. Good length, good backstory for your player and a good amount of pictures. I don't see anything wrong with this bio, only thing I would maybe add is some quotes from the player himself or past coaches/team mates. Great bio and welcome to San Diego!
-
Review: Great Bio. Gives a lot of detail on Scott's journey to the VHL. Quotes are always great in a Biography and it flowed well with the story. I would add a few more pictures and maybe add some spacing in the paragraphs so that it doesn't look like just one big sentence. Other then that Great Job!

Nick Kirkpatrick Bio. [In Progress] [2/2]
Greg_Di replied to Nick Kirkpatrick's topic in Archived Career Tasks
Review: I count 778 words, Bio's need to be 1000 words to get full credit. Also the font could be a little smaller. Maybe expand more on the childhood or what happened after highschool (college hockey career?) Other then that, solid review. Looking forward to having you on the team -
@Peace it's been 12 hours, safe bet that you can pick
