Review: This is one of the wildest graphics I have seen when it comes to the effects that you used. First off, it looks badass. From what I can see, you have some motion blur, color layer shift and maybe a bit of displacement. I could be wrong on all those but that's what I see. It comes off really good regardless of what effects you used. I would say the only issue I see is the overall formatting. Placement and size of the elements could be improved but that isn't meant to take away from what you made. I like what you did, keep doing it. 9/10

Review: This is an interesting graphic. I like this style of the team logo and the city skyline to match. I think you did a reasonable job with that part of this graphic. The font used looks really good and is easy to read for the most part. A nice consistent color palette always helps and you stayed within the proper color range. The render is about the only weak point with this graphic. I think taking the white out of the areas inside the outer cut would have helped. Overall, I like this one. Good effort. 8/10

Another week of off season and we should be smelling the ice. The time off has been a mixed bag, but on the whole, it has been a welcomed break. Gunner seems to be fitting in with his new team. At least he hasn't seen any tar and feathers in the locker room, yet. Everyone is so chill, I like it. I am not sure how we will play this season. I do know I will be playing center and will be surrounded by really friendly players that just want to win. I think we will do just fine and have a fun season. I am hoping by next week, I can write an article about some of the games we will have played. Until then, I just have to ramble my way through the off season and play it by ear. Looking at all the teams, it will be hard to figure out what one will be a consistent winner. It is fairly easy to see what ones will not win many games though. Good luck to everyone. 1. I wasn't on this team last season, but I would say that Riga was a true competitor throughout the season. 2. The Moscow/Riga series was the most intense in the entire playoffs. It could have gone either way. 3. Moscow winning the cup was keeping it the EU at least. 4. No plans other than relaxing, I live a simple life. 5. I was black and blue from head to toes after the beating I got during the playoff run. 6. Not at all. The Olympics are not what they used to be. I do watch the winter Olympics though.

Review: This is a great sig with a heavy lean on the team he plays for. I like the background, do you have the fourth ace? Anyway, the render looks good. The text fits the style, and I really can't see a thing wrong with this. I think the combination of all the parts in play really makes this sig work. I guess the one thing I could say is that the bottom text is a bit dark but seems to get the job done. Keep working on graphics and you will get many requests for sigs. Great job. 9/10

Review: You made a cool looking graphic with this design. I am not sure who the render is but he looks badass and upper class at the same time. I like the white explosion effect, it really is the main element in this dynamic graphic. The text looks good, the spacing looks a bit off to me but overall it works. The team logo in the background layer looks good as well, but I have to wonder what it would look like on the render's shirt, under his jacket. I really like this style, you did a good job. 9/10

It's been a busy week for sure. Gunner won a Victory Cup to add to my other players cup shelf, bringing the total to four. It was a fun playoff and I would say that Gunner did his part in making it all happen. The next good thing that happened was Gunner was traded. He needed a fresh look at the league I am hoping to do well in my last contract season. You just never know though. I just lace them up and do my best. Riga is Gunner's new home for now. Seems like there are many talented players on the team and look forward to playing with them. I am not sure about the future, but I can always hope it gets better. The next season will start soon and the fun will start all over again. I am hoping for a good season and figure out what the future holds for Gunner and myself in this league. Word count: 161

1. We are currently up 3-1 on Moscow in the Semi-Finals - what do you think is the most contributing factor to get so far? It looks like it was luck. Though Moscow didn't look very strong at first. 2. What is it going to take to close out this series and get to the final? I think witchcraft might be needed. 3. Last week I asked who the unsung hero will be for the Malmo series. Were you correct, and if not, who do you think has been the unsung hero so far? I wasn't here for that but there are so many players that could be the unsung hero on the team. 4. How is your players conditioning after a deep run into the playoffs? I feel like I was whipped like a rented mule. 5. If you won the cup, what would your day with it look like? I did win the cup but got traded before I got my day with the cup, go figure. 6. Do you think Ovechkin breaks the NHL all-time goal scoring record this year? He needs 42 goals. I don't know but I really like him and hope he breaks it.

Review: I really like this graphic. I haven't seen many that use a cartoon head swap. I really am a fan of this style and if I had a female player, I would have to dive into this style as well. I am not sure what member this is for, but it would surely make them happy. A simple but effective background along with a well-balanced render has always been a recipe for success. I think the particles really pop on this one and makes it almost magical. Nice logo swap as well. Text is well done and a good font choice. Overall, this is a hit. 9/10

Review: I really like this design. These can be a bit tricky to pull off, but you did a fine job with this one. I like the shape of the floating background along with the logo and amazing textures you added to that layer. Render placement looks very balanced, so that's a good thing. Your font choice is great and fits in with this design like peas and carrots. I really like the embossed look and the textures are amazing. About the only thing I would have liked to see is the render's visor cleaned up. Overall, top notch graphic. 9/10

If you looked at the standings at the end of the season, Moscow would most likely not be your pick to win the cup. The team had a plan, but it just wasn't consistent and failed to yield results. We stuck to it after a bit of line jumping. It was a tense time during the season and caused a few issues. I am sure those are all behind us now. The plan all along was to have a strong 1st line that could be dangerous if left unchecked, and it was. The second part of the plan was to have a very talented 2nd line that would be able to pick up the points when the top line had a target on their backs. It worked sometimes, not as much as we had hoped. Meanwhile, the team got better. I mean just about every player was banging in skills. Syko made several big jumps and by the time we hit the playoffs, the perfect storm was brewing. Moscow was about to go on a mission. One that started many seasons ago but the end was to actually get Moscow and Spartan a cup. We beat Warsaw for the wildcard spot. Then, against all odd makers, we swept London. Then onto Riga, a brutal series indeed. Took us to seven games but we came out on top. We were in the finals, against the top dog of the league, Toronto. We played our game and we traded wins for the most part. Our 1-2 punch plan was working. Gunner was fighting off their top players and our defense and 2nd line just lit them up whenever they had the chance. Great feeling to win on a team that has some horrible luck in the past. Well, good times in Moscow for the moment. It was a fun ride and I hope to be there again. Word count: 315

Review: It is always good to see a well-constructed, multi render graphic. They can be very hard to get right as the formatting is much more critical than a single render graphic. I think you did a good job with the positioning of the two renders. Nice big team logo lurking in the background adds a lot to this graphic. Logo swaps are not perfect but very passable. Both renders have good detail, which looks very good as well. I like the dust/scratch layer or whatever you used for the effect. About the only thing that looks off is the text. Having the Jr. by itself doesn't look right to me but that is subjective. Overall, this is an above average graphic that showcases a level of skills. Good job. 9/10

Review: This is a huge graphic. I am not sure what team this is for, so a logo would have worked well here. I like the flame effect and it can stand alone without any other elements. The text is nice and big, easy to read and centered. You render looks a bit blurry and a bit too small. This is all subjective so there isn't a right or wrong way to do any of this. Nice effects around the render that really puts a focus on him. I would suggest learning how to clean up a visor and I think you could have brought some color and detail to his face with the proper masks and adjustments. Overall, good job and it will only get better the more you do. 8/10

Now that we are well into the playoffs, several teams that should have under performed, are doing really good. That's always fun to see and there are many that wonder how this even happens. There must be a switch somewhere that puts teams in playoff mode. Finding that answer would be harder than finding Bigfoot. It's Simon T doing his thing, so I'm told. I do find it interesting to watch and be a part of the playoffs. Moscow has proven to be a bit better than the “experts” at VSN claimed us to be, go figure. I don't know if we will win another game or be unbeaten the rest of the way but it has been a fairly fun ride so far. Our locker room is on fire. You always get a that warm and fuzzy feeling when you chat with the team. What a great time to be in Moscow. I can't wait for the post sim chatter, it's always amazing. Word count: 164
