Harumpf reacted to Beketov in Harumpf 1st sig
Effort: 2/2 - Yeah.
Look: 2.25/3 - You’re new, as you said, so I’ll try and give you some good advice here, this does need some help though. The BG is actually pretty, nice use of stocks and it goes well with the burnt film look on the edges. Not sure what’s going on with the starburst though, it seems like it should add lighting but it doesn’t. Get some curves adjustments in there to bring the light in. The main issue I have though is the text. It stands out way too much and is distracting from the render which is supposed to be the main focus. Bring it in closer to the render and use stocks to blend it rather than having it be such a bright blue.
Creativity: 1/1 - I’ll give you this.
Total: 5.25/6

Very excited to have you on board. Lots of depth in this prospect pool, but I'm confident you will emerge as one of our top guys for years to come.

Harumpf reacted to HawksFan19 in Jarome Who?
Jarome Iginla? Who is this? Is this that all-star player for the Colorado Avalanche? No. This is Jarome Iginla, the up and coming superstar for the Helsinki Titans!
Jarome Iginla hasn't become a household name in the Victory hockey League yet, but he is starting to turn heads in the VHLM with his impressive play last season. Iginla started off the season quite slow with the Saskatoon Wild, only managing 4 points in his first 32 games while he was ill, however, with his intensive training from his world class coach Jordin FourFour, Jarome Iginla started to get back into form just like how he was when he played with Boston College. Jarome ended up turning on the jets and scored a total of 38 points in the final 30 games of the VHLM season, he was over a point per game, and he really turned heads, especially from his GMs in Saskatoon, as well, his GMs up in Helsinki who took him 15th overall in the Entry Draft just a season ago.
This upcoming season, it is speculated that Jarome will be playing for the Saskatoon Wild for a second season, he hopes that it goes just like the second half of S39, and he expects to put up over 90 points this season.

Daniel Braxton - Ryan Sullivan
Alexander Labatt
The Old Boys:

Harumpf reacted to STZ in Season 40 Discussion Thread
It has been a long time coming, but we are finally at the point where we are going to start charging into playoffs. I'm excited with the members we have on this team and some of the star prospects we have coming up.
WELCOME TO
First and foremost, I'd like to formally welcome Solas/Lightning25 aka Willem Janssen to the team. In case you haven't met Lightning, he's a member who has been around a long time, and is way overdue for a cup. He was our number one target this off-season, because his player has been red hot in the sim, and he's just and overall great member.
Our draftees... So we entered the draft with 4th overall, and not much more. We left the draft with four prospects that should all be able to make the team at one point.
Coming in with our first round pick was Harumpf. This is a player we had targeted at the start of the draft, and traded down in order to get him and another pick. This will be the best first-gen player in this draft, and I think people will look back at this pick and say... how did he fall to six.
Denver aka Ryan Cattrall, is a player we picked up with our second round pick. He's an active player who I got a chance to play with in another league. He's an amazing teammate and very hard worker. He's surprised he went so early at 15, the ones with me in the draft know I was praying he'd still be around at 15.
King Czar III aka Riggs and Fisticuffs aka Boris Belov were our later round players. These two made huge strides at the start of the season but dipped near the end. They are both hulking builds, would be fun to see them get active again.
As for the team, we have a couple hard decisions to make... With Faraday and Erikson making the leap, and Iginla very close to making the cut, we are going to have a packed roster. We are expecting big things from the 3D, and even bigger steps from our forward core.
This is a very small intro to what I'm hoping is the season for the #TitanTakeover. We've been patient, it's time we move in and take this shit over..
