  1. We're here with Oskars Harumpf to ask him about his game this season: "Yeah it's been a pretty decent season for me so far and the team is playing well. I've got around 25 points and am feeling good. I've been trying to hit more this season also, which is something that I did not do as much of last season as I had in years past. So it feels good to throw my weight around again. I have a lot of weight for my size so I try and use it to my advantage. Usually people don't expect me to be so strong so I normally knock them on their ass, it's fun. I think I should continue to play well and Davos has a great chance to win the cup again. I think we have what it takes to be the champs and if we get a little but of luck in the playoffs or make a key trade for another scoring winger for me, we should be able to win it all. I will be a fun season."
  2. Harumpf Waves to the crowd after scoring a goal recently. It's been a while since we've heard from everyone's favorite 5'5" 250 pound playmaking superstar Oskars Harumpf. Apparently he was trying his hand at graphics, but that did not go so well. It was fun and some people had a few laughs, but this week we get back to what put Harumpf on the map, writing about Harumpf! After putting up 76 points last season and falling to his former team Helsinki in the 2nd round of the playoffs, Harumpf has returned to Davos for his second to last season. He had debated testing free agency for S46, but the timing was just not right, so he will once again try and help Davos win the cup. Next season, Harumpf's last season (apparently) or so he's been told, there is a good chance he may test the free agency waters, but that remains to be seen at this point. For now Harumpf's focus remains on winning the cup with Davos and setting up his linemates for goals. Harumpf is still getting it done on the scoresheet this season, despite the powers that be removing some of his skills. You see, Harumpf is so skilled that "The Man" must try and keep him down or else he would just go on to be the best player in the league. Anyway, Harumpf has put up 25 points in 26 games this season. 10 goals and 15 assists, which is right on pace for his usual 70+ point season. He also has 10 points on the powerplay and his physical game is back as he has 71 hits. He's playing solid hockey for Davos once again, but has been moved down to the 2nd line with the arrival of Bismarck Konenig. That's cool with Harumpf, Biz is a great player and really helps the team out with his offensive game. The Dynamo look a little different this year after the departure of James Faraday, but the team is still winning and has a great chance to win the cup. Harumpf was a little disappointed his old friend Faraday did not stick around but he understands his reasonings and wishes him luck wherever the heck he is playing now. Harumpf's game may not be what it was back when he had 99 skating, 99 puck handling and 95 passing/defense, but it's still pretty solid and he is as always a prime time performer. He steps up his game when he needs to and still puts up the occasional Harumpfing. We may never see Harumpf break 100 points or get 100 assists now that he is regressing over the last couple seasons, but there's no question Harumpf can still play the game and play it at a high level. It will be enjoyable to watch Harumpf showcase his skills this season in Davos and who know what will happen in his final season, S47, or maybe it's S48, tbh we can't really understand the rules here, but it will be fun to see what happens with Harumpf when it's all said and done. One this is for sure, Jody 3Moons will never be as good as him. 500 something

  4. Well Harumpf has done it, he's reached 50 assists for the first time in his illustrious career as a bulbous playmaking wizard. Notching 76 points on the season, Harumpf had 26 goals and 50 assists for Davos this season. His linemates Faraday and McJustice both had huge seasons as Harumpf dished them sweet saucers passes right on their tape game in and game out. They were quoted as saying "Damn, that tubby little shit can sure make plays." High praise for Harumpf as he takes a compliment in whatever form he can get it. In fact, recently his coach called him a fat Patrick Kane, Harumpf really enjoyed that comparison and it's an accurate statement. Anyway, Harumpf was a wizard this season and one of the reasons Davos was able to make the playoffs. Now we get to watch Harumpf flash his brilliance in the post season where Davos will surely roll through everyone and win the cup without much competition. Is that being too confident? Maybe, but when your 5'5" and weigh 250 pounds like Harumpf, you can pretty much do whatever you want.
  5. The Davos Dynamo went on a huge winning streak over the last 9 games, winning 8 in a row before just dropping the last game. In the process they have clinched a playoff berth in the tough European conference. In fact they have been so hot they may even pass Riga for 2nd place in the division. Just 1 point behind Riga with 2 games to play it's entirely possible they could finish ahead of them. This Davos team has really got it going on right now and are firing on all cylinders. We doubt anyone wants to draw them as a first round match up, especially not with Harumpf on the team. Look for Davos to continue their hot play when the post season begins and storm through the playoffs en route to winning the cup. Yes, you heard it here first.
  6. lol, sorry could not resist when I found that crosby render, gorlab knows how I feel about him.
  7. After a nice winning streak and holding a playoff spot, Davos Dynamo have now dropped 6 in a row and have fallen 1 point out of the playoffs. A strange turn of events with no explanation outside of bad luck, but Davos remains confident they can get back to their winning ways. They will have to do it fast though because they only have 12 games left in the season. They will be battling it out with Cologne Express for the last playoff spot in the European conference. Davos has 1 game at hand so that is something to be happy about. With any luck the Dynamo will get hot in the final set of games and end up making the playoffs. Once they do, with Harumpf and company, they should be able to surprise some teams in the playoffs. It should be an exciting finish in the European conference.
