Thanks for everything Moscow, you guys seriously turned my career around after a few less than stellar seasons to start it. Glad if I had to be traded it was to another team I’ve never touched though, now leaves me with only 6 I’ve never seen.

On the portal you mean?

As I’m sure anyone not living under a rock is aware of by now, @Victor stepped down as GM of the Moscow Menace which means it’s time for the team to have its first GM change. Obviously this is never an easy decision with so many worth candidates each and every time a GM spot opens up but the @Commissioner team has made a decision so that both the VHL and VHLM can move on quickly with the off-season. I was going to make a joke about taking the job myself but @Quikused that one already with the Malmo announcement so instead I’ll stop rambling and get to the point that everyone seems to already be in agreement about. The new General Manager of the Moscow Menace is officially @Spartan! Congratulations and may all your enemies forever rot in the gulag!

Malmo never traded for my rights, Davos did I believe. I simply signed with Malmo. Both times a team traded for my rights I signed elsewhere actually because neither time the team actually was an interesting one for me; they just traded a bunch in hopes that I would be interested and then got mad when I wasn’t.

That just about sums it up, unless you ask Zimmers of course. He’ll tell you in great detail about how much we skim off the donation money. He hasn’t because there is no application. @Quik and I intend to run things ourselves as a duo again for a bit and see how it goes. If we decide to add a third in the future we will do so.

Additional note as well: this will be for both the VHL and VHLM. It’s not a matter of whether or not there’s a conflict of interest, it’s a matter of transparency and both leagues deserve that. I hope everyone enjoys watching manual roster moves, the VHLM is full of them.

What’s worse though, losing 100 TPE over a whole career or having such high standards for yourself that you ruin the entire hobby? I’ve seen both and would definitely say the former makes for happier members.

One of many reasons I don’t feel like we should be giving out our league file, and we don’t. Though test simming wouldn’t get you nearly as far in STHS in my experience. It has a good amount of RNG built in which some people despise but I kinda like. Sure it’s frustrating to lose when on paper you should have won but it’s super boring when everyone knows more or less the outcome of every game just by looking at the teams involved.
