I’m usually very chill in the finals but it’s been 3 bloody years of my life waiting for this again despite having 2 of my best players ever so I’m gonna damn we’ll make it count. Also I totally think conferences breed better rivalries by default.

You actually get more now. It’s only 4% but it’s on top of the 30 so you’d start at 57 if you retired right now. 8% would be 54 but that didn’t stack on top of the starting 30, it counted the starting 30. So you’d have 4 higher now.

It would appear so. It would also appear that Vancouver got wrecked in it.

Just a heads up, that rulebook is out of date; that’s not how carryover works anymore. Carryover is a straight 4% now regardless of season. However it stacks on top of the starting 30 for a max of 80 starting TPE as opposed to counting the starting 30 before.

Finals are one a day. You can wait to be beaten until then.

That brings up the other point I meant to mention: If you split your pay with an AGM mention that too as well as who it is in case they don’t respond. Not saying you necessarily do @FrostBeard but just so it's known.

In an effort to re-balance the league’s pay structure and more accurately pay based on amount of work that’s required for each league job I need data. The easiest way to get that data I think is to straight up ask for it. So, if you receive job pay in the League could you please respond with how much it is and what it’s for. Please list all pay you could be receiving even if you do not claim it for cap reasons but also mark off any that you don’t actually claim. Also make note of anything that replaces a PT. For example, mine would be: Commish: 3 TPE Simmer: 7 TPE (Replaces PT) I don’t expect this will get a response from everyone but it will give us starting numbers to work with at least. We just have retired at the same time. I know I went out on top with Beketov. Was such an awesome team. and yeah, best to start with the 30. We don’t know exactly what you had or even if he was for sure your last player. Honestly you’ve been gone long enough that you count for first gen bonuses anyway which is worth more than most carryover.

Conferences mean nothing and we both know it. In the regular season every team played the opposing conference the exact same amount of times and even then EU showcased they were clearly the stronger of the two. The Wolves are grasping at straws to try and not come off like the scared little Puppies that they are. We all know the Titans will dominate as they have all season.

For right now we’re going to close these. For the sake of consistency and getting them done in a timely fashion @Enorama will be writing all our HoF articles and taking seasonal payments for it. If this doesn’t work out we’ll open them back up but for now we’d like to try it. We used to use the sim engine’s farm system like this, there’s a lot more issues with it then the surface seems to imply. Way too much work for a single Simmer, much more complex rule structure to understand, etc. I prefer the two being separated. Personally I look at the VHLM as the CHL, not the AHL.

Sadly a player that old was 2 boards ago and the records for them don’t really exist anymore so we’d have no way of knowing how much TPE they had. Everyone starts at 30 instead of 0 now though so there is still some bonus. Welcome back either way, I vaguely recall that player name. Did we perhaps win the cup together with Seattle?
