Round Robin Index Medal Round Index @Devise has been busy so he asked if I could build the index for him. Schedule is not yet made but rosters are set with auto-lines so you can adjust those for the tournament start and Devise can copy them over or make the schedule himself. As a note to GM's, please do not PM your lines. You need to send a line file, if you need instructions on how to do that ask a fellow GM or I'm sure Bana etc can help you out. I’ll try to remember to do that but just a heads up, releases should be posted in the finances section where signings get posted. That, trades, and new lines are basically all I check before I sim.

I’d be hard to top purely because of Scotty being on the board but I did have a cup and relatively comparable stats to other S1 goalies. Lowest TPE total ever for a first overall player though so it’s tough to say. Take Scotty out of the equation and I think there must be SOMEONE worse. Can you really be described as a bust based purely off not being literally the best player the league has ever seen?

The league file isn’t always updated on Saturday though, we can update it whenever we want. I’m not sure what Devise has been doing with the VHL but I update the VHLM any time a new player is added as the ratings update also creates the player so that happens multiple times a week. If updaters were working less and just making sure everyone was good for one day there would be fewer updates likely going in.

Not sure I’d call it more flexibility for the updaters but maybe I’m not really thinking it through fully. How do you mean?

That’s interesting. So basically instead of going to the updated queue they’d be immediately applied or banked and then approved or denied later? Am I understanding that correctly? Might be a bit trickier to code but I’m sure it could be handled.

The links are on here and you can see a solid portion of their content the same as they can see ours. At least enough to get a basic understanding. Otherwise it’s not like we’re giving away huge amounts here.

Starting Today and running through Sunday, March 31, you may complete the following Writing Prompt below for 2 uncapped TPE! Prompt: Write 150 words or more (as a reply to this topic) about a feature in the SBA or EFL that you would like to see the VHL adopt. This can be on the forums, within the league itself, within the portal - any feature or mechanic that one of the other two leagues have that the VHL does not. A short podcast (VHL Radio length) would also suffice. For the graphics guys, you may create a graphic of a player from either the SBA or EFL to claim this. In addition, by completing this prompt - you may ALSO claim this 2 TPE in the SBA and EFL. These leagues have already posted their own Affiliate PT prompts in this initiative - you may only claim the 2 TPE once per league.
