Honestly the tampering rules have always been lax as hell and never really set in stone so I think people just have different interpretations of what it means. Similar to adjusting the GM switch rules I think we need to come up with concrete “this is tampering, this is not” rules. For what it’s worth though I don’t think a minor statement like that really constitutes tampering but I can understand your argument.

It’s literally just conversation. It’s not like he’s offering him a contract or anything. It’s really not that bad.

There’s a difference between PMing players with the intention of poaching them and a player saying they intend to go to free agency already and then having a GM say they’d have a deadly top line. It’s not tampering to point out what would make an interesting line, especially when a player is already going to free agency.

Don’t forget watching Thompson throw away a decent lead by not scoring for 10 straight games.

Hey same! Could have probably taken the Brooks if I hadn’t of had that 15 game stretch with 3 points in it. Also FWIW I’m pretty sure RIG G was in for the other games as well.

Except when everyone in the league is in time zones earlier than you basically Still though, I get it, a time that would be convenient for me (for example) would be the middle of the afternoon for you so you gotta do it when you can.

Hey, all I can do is try to keep you active here. If that affects you in other leagues it’s not really up to me. Frankly activity in too many leagues is bound to burn a member out but that depends on the person. I love the affiliate system but am fully aware I don’t have time to devote to all three leagues.

11pm for me on a day I wake up at 4:45am means I will be missing it live but hopefully I’ll be able to catch the VOD afterwards.

You definitely get hooked on the VHL over time. I’ve been around since day 1 which was 11 and a half years ago so it can really become part of your daily life. Really interesting to hear insight from someone new actually, even if you figured it wouldn’t be. And yes, you can make a sig for anyone in the league and have it count for a GFX. Doesn’t have to be for someone else.
